Dell Inspiron 11-3147
Die Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Serie ist elegant und schön anzusehen. Ihr metallisch-aussehendes Gehäuse ist aus Kunststoff, doch es wirkt robust. Dieses spezielle Inspiron Modell ist ein Laptop-Tablet-Hybride mit einem 11,6-Zoll-Bildschirm mit einer 1366 x 768 Auflösung. Die IPS-Technologie ermöglicht es dem Nutzer den Bildschirm von allen Seiten ohne Bildveränderungen zu betrachten. Mit seinen zwei robusten Scharnieren kann es auf bis zu 360 Grad geöffnet werden.
Das Inspiron 11 verfügt über 3 Modi, nämlich Laptop, Zelt (an den Kanten) und Display (auf der Tastatur). Die Membran-Tastatur ist spritzwassergeschützt. Verglichen mit der Konkurrenz ist die Akkulaufzeit länger. Es erreicht beeindruckende 8 Stunden bei normaler Verwendung.

Actually, in many cases you won’t be impressed by the Inspiron 11 3179. First of all – build quality. It looks good and shiny, especially in a white dress but when you take in account that Dell used only plastic, the picture starts to get less rosy. All the bright and shine of the surface is going to disappear in no time, as it is super scratchable.

Dell: Dell ist ein 1984 gegründeter US-amerikanischer Hersteller (Sitz Texas) von Computer-Hardware und gehört zu den grössten internationalen Herstellern sowohl in Bezug auf Marktanteile als auch hinsichtlich Notebook-Modellen. Die Produktpalette umfasst unter anderem Desktops, Notebooks, Speichersysteme, Monitore, Server, Drucker, Unterhaltungselektronik und Peripheriegeräte. Dell bietet Laptops an, die ich für verschiedene Einsatzbereiche eignen, z. B. Business-Laptops, Gaming-Laptops, Ultra-Portables und Workstations. Die Business-Notebooks von Dell aus den Latitude- und Precision-Serien sind eine Option für professionelle Anwender und Unternehmen.
2023 hatte Dell einen ungefähren Marktanteil von 17% am weltweiten PC-Absatz und war damit die Nummer 3 nach Lenovo und HP.
Für Gaming-Enthusiasten ist die Marke Alienware von Dell für Gaming-Notebooks vorgesehen.
Diese Karten können nur sehr alte und sehr anspruchslose 3D Spiele flüssig darstellen. Anwendungen wie Office, Internet surfen, Bildbearbeitung oder (SD) Videoschnitt sind jedoch ohne große Einschränkungen möglich.
Intel HD Graphics (Haswell): In den mobilen Pentium und Celeron Prozessoren (Haswell) von Intel integrierte Grafikkarte. Die HD Graphics ist die schwächere, auch GT1 genannte, Variante mit weniger Execution Units (EUs).
Intel HD Graphics (Bay Trail): Grafikeinheit in den Tablet- und Notebook-SoCs der Bay-Trail-Serie. Basiert auf der Ivy-Bridge-GPU, unterstützt DirectX 11 und bietet 4 EUs.
Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.
Intel HD Graphics 520: Integrierte Grafikkarte (GT2), welche in einigen Skylake-CPUs (ULV-Modelle, 15 Watt TDP) verbaut wird.
Einige nicht anspruchsvolle aktuelle Spiele können mit geringen Details noch flüssig gespielt werden. Für Office und Video natürlich ausreichende Leistungsreserven.

AMD Radeon R5 (Stoney Ridge): Integrierte Grafikeinheit einiger AMD-A-("Stoney Ridge")-Dual-Core-APUs. Basiert auf der GCN-Architektur, integriert 192 Shadereinheiten und taktet mit bis zu 800 MHz. Je nach TDP (15-25 Watt für den ganzen Chip) kann die Performance stark variieren.

3556U: Auf der Haswell-Architektur basierender ULV Dual-Core Prozessor mit integrierter Grafikkarte und DDR3-Speicherkontroller.
N3530: Sparsamer Quad-Core-SoC auf Basis der Atom-Architektur "Silvermont" für kompakte und preiswerte Notebooks. Die vier Prozessorkerne takten mit 2,2 - 2,6 GHz.
N3710: Sparsamer Quad-Core-SoC auf Basis der Atom-Architektur "Airmont" für preiswerte Notebooks. Taktet mit 1,6 bis 2,56 GHz und integriert eine DirectX-11.2-fähige Grafikeinheit. Im Vergleich zum älteren N3700 ist der Turbo Takt leicht angestiegen (2,56 vs 2,4 GHz). Die Grafikkarte blieb gleich, wurde jedoch mit dem "405" Namenszusatz ergänzt.
Intel Core i3:
6100U: Auf der Skylake-Architektur basierender ULV-SoC (System-on-a-Chip) für schlanke Notebooks und Ultrabooks. Integriert unter anderem zwei CPU-Kerne sowie eine Grafikeinheit und wird in 14-Nanometer-Technik gefertigt.
Intel Celeron:
N3050: Sparsamer Dual-Core-SoC auf Basis der Atom-Architektur "Airmont" für preiswerte Notebooks. Taktet mit 1,6 bis 2,16 GHz und integriert eine DirectX-11.2-fähige Grafikeinheit.
N3060: Sparsamer Dual-Core-SoC auf Basis der Atom-Architektur "Airmont" für preiswerte Notebooks. Taktet mit 1,6 bis 2,48 GHz und integriert eine DirectX-11.2-fähige Grafikeinheit.
Intel Core m3:
6Y30: Auf der Skylake-Architektur basierender, sehr sparsamer ULV-SoC (System-on-a-Chip) für Tablets und 2-in-1-Notebooks. Integriert unter anderem zwei CPU-Kerne sowie eine Grafikeinheit und wird in 14-Nanometer-Technik gefertigt.
Intel Kaby Lake:
m3-7Y30: Auf der Kaby-Lake-Architektur basierender, extrem sparsamer ULV-SoC (System-on-a-Chip) für Tablets und lüfterlose Notebooks. Integriert unter anderem zwei CPU-Kerne mit 1,0 - 2,6 GHz Taktrate und HyperThreading sowie eine Grafikeinheit und wird in 14-Nanometer-Technik gefertigt.
AMD Bristol Ridge:
A9-9420e: Entry-Level APU der AMD-Stoney-Ridge-Serie, erstmals im passiv gekühlten Dell Inspiron 3000 mit 4GB DDR4 aufgetaucht. Dort ist die Performance deutlich schlechter als die eines typischen A9-9420 (ohne "e"). Die Taktrate erreichte dort auch nur maximal 2,5 GHz.

69.14%: Diese Bewertung ist schlecht. Locker drei Viertel der Modelle werden besser beurteilt. Das ist eher keine Kaufempfehlung. Auch wenn Verbalbewertungen in diesem Bereich gar nicht so schlecht klingen ("genügend" oder "befriedigend"), meist sind es Euphemismen, die eine Klassifikation als unterdurchschnittliches Notebook verschleiern.
