Das dänische Unternehmen Zepto bereitet sich vor die nächste WLAN Generation mit 450 - 600 Mbit in ihre Notebooks zu bringen.

”We are working on a new layer technology on our own wireless cards, where we can push the N standard up to 450 Mbit’s, a technology which should be ready by January 2008. However, we already see today that our own 300 Mbit card has far better performance than competitors like the Intel 4965AGN. We can boast almost 90-100 Mbit from the card in actual performance, when all channels are in use, were Intel’s card will never climb above 40 Mbit’s.” - Zepto Pressemeldung
