VIA zeigt einen UMPC mit Tastatur und Komponenten aus eigenem Haus (C7-M CPU, VX700 Chipsatz mit VIA UniChrome Pro II IGP GPU)
Das VIA NanoBook wiegt unter 850 Gramm, bietet optional Bluetooth, GPS, DVB und UMTS. Der 1,2 GHz VIA C7-M wird wie die integrierte Grafikkarte wohl keine Wunder zeigen, jedoch für anspruchslose Anwendungen ausreichen.
