Der AllWinner A13 ist ein sehr günstiger SoC für Handys und Tablets. Verglichen zum schnelleren AllWinner A10, ist der A13 eine abgespeckte und günstigere Version ohne HDMI und SATA Anschlüsse. Er beinhaltet einen mit 1.0 GHz getakteten ARM Cortex A8 Kern (ARMv7), eine ARM Mali 400 (Einzelkern) Grafikkarte und eine Video Einheit mit HD Video Decoder (bis zu 1920x1080 für H.264, H.263, VC1, MPEG1/2/4, XVID, VP6/8, AVS, ...) und Encoder (H.264 High Profile 1920x1080 mit 30 fps).

Er wird noch in 55nm gefertigt und meist mit Linux bzw Android eingesetzt.
