Der Dimensity 1100 (MT6891) ist ein Mid-Range-Prozessor für Smartphones mit integriertem 5G Modem. Der CPU-Teil integriert vier schnelle ARM Cortex-A78 Kerne mit bis zu 2,6 GHz und vier Stromsparkerne vom Typ Cortex-A55 mit bis zu 2 GHz. Die integrierte Grafikkarte ist eine ARM Mali-G77 MC9 / MP9. Als einer der ersten SoCs unterstützt die Dimensity 1000 Serie AV1 Hardware Decoding. Die integrierte APU 3.0 integriert laut Mediatek sechs AI Prozessoren.

Der Dimensity 1300 ist ein Oberklasse-Prozessor für Smartphones mit integriertem 5G Modem. Der CPU-Teil besteht aus drei Clustern: Einem schnellen Performance-Kern, basierend auf der ARM-Cortex-A78-Architektur und getaktet mit bis zu 3 GHz. Der zweite Cluster besteht aus drei Cortex-A78-Kernen mit bis zu 2,6 GHz. Als Stromspar-Cluster sind vier ARM Cortex-A55 Kerne mit bis zu 2 GHz verbaut.

Diese Architektur entspricht exakt der des MediaTek Dimensity 1200. Auch ansonsten gibt es keine Unterschiede in der Ausstattung zwischen beiden Chips.

So unterstützt der Dimensity 1300 Dual-SIM-5G (5G SA & NSA, max 4.7 Gbps Download und 2.5 Gbps Upload). Zudem integriert das SoC AV1 Hardware Decoding und eine 6-Kern APU (3.0). Die integrierte Grafikkarte ist vom Typ ARM Mali-G77 MC9 mit 9 Clustern. WLAN wird im Standard WiFi 6 unterstützt (ax), ebenso ist Bluetooth 5.2 an Bord. 

Einziger Unterschied zum Dimensity 1200 ist die Unterstützung für die HyperEngine 5.0. Diese soll das Gaming-Erlebnis durch schnellere Reaktionen und bessere Bildqualität verbessern.

Der Chip wird im 6nm-Verfahren gefertigt.

Der MediaTek Dimensity 8100 ist ein ARM-basiertes SoC (System-on-a-Chip), welches bei TSMC im 5-nm-Prozess gefertigt wird. Es wurde speziell für den Einsatz in Android-Smartphones entworfen und sortiert sich leistungstechnisch in die Oberklasse ein. Es unterstützt alle aktuellen Mobilfunkstandards, inklusive 5G SA.

Die CPU arbeitet insgesamt mit acht Kernen, welche sich in zwei Cluster unterteilen. Der eine besitzt vier ARM Cortex-A78-Leistungskerne mit jeweils bis zu 2,85 GHz, der andere vier ARM Cortex-A55-Energiesparkerne mit jeweils bis zu 2,0 GHz. Als Arbeitsspeicher kann LPDDR5-RAM verwendet werden, als interner Speicher wird UFS 3.1 unterstützt. 

In puncto Konnektivität steht Dual-5G mit einer theoretischen Spitzen-Download-Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 4,7 GBit/s zur Verfügung, außerdem Wi-Fi 6 und Bluetooth 5.3. 

Die integrierte Grafikeinheit ARM Mali-G610 MC6 kann Displays mit einer Auflösung von bis zu 2.960 x 1.440 Pixeln (WQHD+) und einer Bildwiederholrate von bis zu 120 Hz befeuern, bei Full HD+ sind sogar bis zu 168 Hz möglich.
