Der MediaTek Helio A25 ist ein günstiges SoC für Android-Smartphones und -tablets der Einsteiger-Klasse. Das Prozessor besitzt 8 Prozessorkerne unterteilt in zwei Cluster: 4 Cortex-A53-Kerne mit bis zu 1,8 GHz und 4 Cortex-A53-Kerne mit bis zu 1,5 GHz.

Als Grafikchip kommt ein IMG PowerVR GE8320 zum Einsatz, der Speichercontroller unterstützt LPDDR4x. Der integrierte Videoencoder unterstützt nur H.264 mit maximal 1080p30, der Decoder auch H.265 ebenfalls mit 1080p30.

Das integrierte LTE-Modem unterstützt 4G mit bis zu 150 Mbps Download und 50 Mbps Upload. Bluetooth 5.0 und die WLAN-Standards bis WiFi 5 werden unterstützt.

Das SoC wird im 12nm-FinFET-Herstellungsverfahrens produziert.

Der Mediatek Helio A22 MT6762M ist ein in 2018 vorgestellter Mittelklasse Quad-Core-Prozessor für Android basierte Smartphones und Tablets. Er integriert 4 ARM Cortex-A53 Kerne mit bis zu 2 GHz. Die integrierte Grafikkarte ist eine PowerVR GE8320 welche mit 650 MHz getaktet wird. Der Dual-Channel-Speichercontroller unterstützt LPDDR3-1688 bzw LPDDR4X-3200 (max. 6 GB). Drahtlose Technologien werden LTE Cat-7 DL / Cat-13 UL (Dual SIM) und 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN unterstützt. Der Festspeicher kann mit eMMC 5.1 angeschlossen werden. Die integrierte Videoengine unterstützt Encoding und Wiedergabe von H.264 und die Wiedergabe von H.265/HEVC.
