Der AMD Turion II Neo K625 ist ein Notebook Prozessor mit zwei Kernen für flache und kleine Subnotebooks. Der K625 ist Teil der Nile genannten Plattform mit dem AMD M880G Chipsatz (Radeon HD 4225 Grafik).

Im Vergleich zu den Athlon II und V Series Nile Prozessoren, bieten die Turion II eine 128-Bit FPU (Floating Point Unit) und einen 1.6 GHz HyperTransport Link. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller im Neo K625 unterstützt DDR3-1066 Speicher.

Die Leistung des 1.5 GHz getakteten Turion II Neo K625 liegt etwa auf dem Niveau des Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 mit 1.3 GHz bzw. DU9400 mit 1.4 GHz. Der Stromverbrauch der Nile Platform war im Test jedoch etwas über Intel SU basierter Notebooks. Die PCMark Vantage Ergebnisse des Systems dafür etwas darüber (trotz der schwächeren CPU).
