Der AMD Athlon II N350 ist ein Einstiegs-Mittelklasse Dual-Core Prozessor von AMD. Im Vergleich zu den schnelleren Turion II und Phenom II Prozessoren, wurde die FPU (Floating Point Unit) auf 64 Bit beschnitten. Er bietet einen integrierten DDR3-1066 (bzw. 800 lt. Wikipedia) Dual-Channel Speicherkontroller und einen 1.6 GHz HyperTransport 3.0 Link (HT3200) zum Chipsatz.

Die Performance sollte auf dem Niveau eines 2.2 GHz schnellen Pentium T4400 liegen.

Aufgrund der 35 Watt TDP Klasse, eignet sich der Prozessor am ehesten für 15" Multimedia Einstiegsnotebooks.

Die Performance des Athlon II P340 sollte im Schnitt auf dem Niveau eines 1.8 - 2.2 GHz Pentium mit ebenfalls 1 MB Level 2 Cache liegen.

Der Athlon P340 ist auf Grund der geringeren Taktung in einer kleineren TDP Klasse als der N330 und kann daher auch in kleineren Notebooks (z.B. 13") eingesetzt werden.
