Der Marvell PXA986 ist ein ARM basierter Dual-Core SoC für Smartphones und Tablets. Er bietet zwei Cortex-A9 Kerne mit meist 1.2 GHz Takt, eine Vivante GC1000 Grafikkarte, einen Video-Prozessor für 720p30 Wiedergabe von H.263, H.264 BP und MPEG4- SP und ein WCDMA+HSDPA Modem.

Der NXP i.MX 6SLL oder i.MX6SLL (i.MX 6 Series, MCIMX6V7DVN10AB Part Number) ist ein low-End Single-Core-Chip für e-Reader. Er integriert einen einzelnen ARM Cortex-A9 Kern mit bis zu 1 GHz Taktfrequenz und einen Grafikkarte mit 2D Beschleunigung namens Pixel Processor PXP (inkl. E-INK Display Controller EPDC mit bis zu 2332x1650 5 Bit Graustufen-Support). Der integrierte Speichercontroller kann laut NXP mit 400 MHz LPDDR2 und LPDDR3 umgehen (32 Bit Interface). Festspeicher kann durch die drei Verbindungen mit eMMC 5.0 oder SD 3.0 angebunden werden. Ausserdem können 2x USB 2.0 OTG mit PHY nach aussen geführt werden. WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS und Camera Sensoren müssen durch externe Chips angebunden werden.

Der i.MX 6SLL ist Pin-kompatibel mit dem i.MX 6SoloLite.

Der Renesas MP5232 ist ein günstiger Dual-Core ARM SoC mit LTE Unterstützung. Er zielt hauptsächlich auf Einstiegs-LTE-Smartphones mit Android im Bereich von 150 - 300 Euro ab. Als Prozessorpart sind zwei ARM Cortex-A9 mit bis zu 1.5 GHz integriert. Im Samsung Galaxy Core LTE SM-G386F werden diese jedoch z.B. nur mit maximal 1.2 GHz betrieben. Weiters findet man eine PowerVR SGX544 Grafikkarte und die oben erwähnten LTE Cat. 4 und 3G (DC-HSPA+, Edge) Einheiten im SoC. Auch ein integrierter 1080p Video De- und Encoder, 20 MP ISP und Audio Subsystem sind im MP5232 verbaut.
