Die NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M ist eine Notebook Grafikkarte basierend auf die GeForce 8400M GT (G86M Chip). Die Quadro NVS 140M für den Profi-Sektor ausgelegt und bietet erhöhte Kompatibilität (getestet mit den wichtigsten Businesssoftwarepaketen) und Stabilität. Die Leistung dürfte knapp unter der 8400M GT liegen (durch die "stabileren" Treiber und geringere Taktraten). Daher bietet die NVS 140M Einsteiger- 3D Performance.

Je nach verwendetem Speichertyp ist auch der Speichertakt unterschiedlich (400 MHz bei GDDR2 und 700 MHz bei GGDR3).
