Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 7 Grafikkarte mit 7 CUs und bis zu 1800 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 Speicherkontroller und 12 MB Level 3 Cache.
