Die Grafikkarte besitzt keinen eigenen Speicher, sondern greift über den Controller der APU auf den Hauptspeicher zu (maximal Single-Channel DDR3L-1866).

Per UVD (Unified Video Decoder) kann die Radeon R4 den Prozessor beim Decodieren von Videos unterstützen, zudem wurde ein spezialisierter Video-Encoder (VCE 2.0) integriert. Das Bildsignal kann per VGA, DVI, HDMI 1.4a und DisplayPort 1.2 an bis zu zwei externe Monitore ausgegeben werden.

Die Performance der Radeon R4 liegt je nach Benchmark auf dem Niveau der Intel HD Graphics 4200. Dies entspricht in etwa einer dedizierten Radeon HD 7470M und reicht aus, ältere oder weniger anspruchsvolle Titel flüssig zu bewältigen; vorausgesetzt, die CPU limitiert nicht. Für aktuelle Spiele (Stand 2013/2014) ist die GPU dagegen nur bedingt geeignet.

Die AMD Radeon R2 ist eine in einigen Carrizo-L-, Mullins- und Beema-APUs (E1-6010, E2-6110, E1 Micro-6200T) von AMD integrierte Grafikeinheit. Sie verfügt über 128 Shadereinheiten auf Basis der GCN-Architektur (zwei Compute Units), die je nach Modell mit maximal 300 bis 600 MHz takten und beherrscht DirectX 12 (FL 12_0). Die Grafikkarte besitzt keinen eigenen Speicher, sondern greift über den Controller der APU auf den Hauptspeicher zu (modellabhängig Single-Channel DDR3L-1066/1333/1600).

Per UVD (Unified Video Decoder) kann die Radeon R2 den Prozessor beim Decodieren von Videos unterstützen, zudem wurde ein spezialisierter Video-Encoder (VCE 2.0) integriert. Das Bildsignal kann per VGA, DVI, HDMI 1.4a und DisplayPort 1.2 an bis zu zwei externe Monitore ausgegeben werden.

Die Performance der Radeon R2 kann sich durch unterschiedliche Taktraten von Modell zu Modell stark unterscheiden. Die schnellste Variante erreicht in etwa die Radeon HD 8330, in anderen Fällen entspricht die Leistung nur einer Radeon HD 8210. In der Regel werden nur ältere und anspruchslose Spiele flüssig bewältigt (Stand 2014).

Die AMD Radeon R5 ist eine in den Beema- (z.B. A8-6410) und Carrizo-L-APUs (z.B. A8-7410) von AMD integrierte Grafikeinheit. Sie verfügt über 128 Shadereinheiten auf Basis der GCN-Architektur (zwei Compute Units), die mit bis zu 800 MHz (Beema) bzw. 850 MHz (Carrizo-L) takten und beherrscht DirectX 12 (FL 12_0). Die Grafikkarte besitzt keinen eigenen Speicher, sondern greift über den Controller der APU auf den Hauptspeicher zu (maximal Single-Channel DDR3L-1866). Die technischen Daten sind damit nahezu identisch zur Radeon R4 im Beema A6-6310.

Per UVD (Unified Video Decoder) 4.2 kann die Radeon R5 den Prozessor beim Decodieren von Videos unterstützen, zudem wurde ein spezialisierter Video-Encoder (VCE 2.0) integriert. Das Bildsignal kann per VGA, DVI, HDMI 1.4a und DisplayPort 1.2 an bis zu zwei externe Monitore ausgegeben werden.

Die Performance der Radeon R5 liegt je nach Benchmark knapp über dem Niveau der Intel HD Graphics 4200. Dies entspricht in etwa einer dedizierten Radeon HD 7470M und reicht aus, ältere oder weniger anspruchsvolle Titel flüssig zu bewältigen; vorausgesetzt, die CPU limitiert nicht. Letzteres kann auftreten, wenn der Hersteller einen niedrigen TDP ansetzt - z. B. 12 oder 15 Watt, aber nicht die möglichen 25 Watt - und die APU dann ihren Turbo bzw. Standard-Takt gar nicht oder nur selten fährt. Aus diesem Grund war das Toshiba Satellite C55D-C-10P (A8-7410) in Games (und CPU-Benchmarks) langsamer als der Vorgänger A8-6410).

Die HD Graphics (Bay Trail) aus Intels Einsteiger-Klasse, z. B. Pentium N3540, ist 50 bis 70 % schwächer, bezogen auf die reine GPU-Benchmarks wie 3DMark 11 GPU. Gegen die HD Graphics 5500 aus den 15-Watt Broadwell SoCs kommt die Radeon R5 aber nicht mehr an, im Cinebench Open GL liegt die Intel-Grafik ganz knapp vorn, in 3DMark 11 und 3DMark (2013) ist sie bis zu 50 % schneller. 

Für aktuelle Spiele (Stand 2013/2014) ist die GPU nur bedingt geeignet. Das anspruchslose Tom Raider (2013) läuft im 1024x768 Low Preset mit 28 fps gerade noch spielbar.
