Der Core 2 Duo T7400 ist ein Notebook-Doppelkernprozessor basierend auf den Merom Kern. In 2006 war die Leistung in der gehobenen Mittelklasse einzustufen, 2010 ist er nur noch als Einstiegsprozessor zu sehen. Die später erschienen auf Penryn Kern basierenden Core 2 Duo sind sparsamer und bei gleichem Takt etwas schneller. Daher ist der T7400 knapp unter einem Core 2 Duo P7450 einzuordnen.

Der Core 2 Duo T7600 ist ein Mittelklasse Core 2 Duo Prozessor (zur Zeit des Erscheinens sogar knapp High-End) der Merom basierenden Notebook Prozessoren (Vorgänger der Penryn Core 2 Duo). Dank 4 MB Level 2 Cache und 2.2 GHz zeigte er eine gute Anwendungs- und Spieleperformance. 

Im Vergleich zu später veröffentlichten Prozessoren, positioniert sich der T7500 auf Höhe eines Core 2 Duo P7570 oder Turion II Ultra M640-M660 in der Mittelklasse ein. Spätere Core 2 Duo Prozessoren (Penryn) unterstützen jedoch einige Features mehr und sind daher etwas schneller und dank 45nm Prozess stomsparender.
