Der Intel Core i5-10300H ist ein Quad-Core-SoC für Notebooks, der auf der Comet-Lake-Architektur (4. Generation der Skylake Architektur) basiert. Er taktet die vier Prozessorkerne mit 2,5 - 4,5 GHz (4,2 GHz wenn alle 4 Kerne ausgelastet sind).  Die integrierte Grafikkarte hört auf den Namen UHD Graphics 630 und entspricht der alten HD Graphics 630. Die Leistungsaufnahme ist mit 45 Watt TDP spezifiziert und kann wahrscheinlich vom Notebookhersteller auf 35 Watt heruntergesetzt werden (configurable TDP = cTDP Down). Im Vergleich zum Vorgänger dem Intel Core i5-9300H wurde nur der Takt um 100 MHz (Base) bis 400 MHz (Boost) (und ev. GPU) erhöht, sonst gibt es keine Unterschiede.

Die Leistung des i5-10300H ist bei guter Kühlung auf dem Niveau des alten Core i7-8750H (6 Kerne aber geringere Taktfrequenzen). Bei Tests die alle Threads nutzen, sind die 6-Kerner und 8-Kerner aber noch klar schneller. Der alte Core i5-9300H kann durch die höheren Taktfrequenzen aber deutlich abgehängt werden. Generell, eignet sich die CPU gut für Multitasking und auch anspruchsvolle Aufgaben, sehr schnelle Grafikkarten werden aber etwas ausgebremst vom 10300H.

Die einzelnen Kerne haben sich bei Comet Lake im Vergleich zu Kaby Lake nicht verändert. Die Leistung pro Takt bleibt also gleich und auch die Fertigung ist im Vergleich zu Coffee Lake die selbe (14nm++). Auch die Grafikkarte wurde nicht verbessert, sondern lediglich teilweise höher getaktet. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt nun DDR4-2933.

Der i5-10300H unterstützt kein vPro, TXT und SIPP, für diese Business Features ist der später erscheinende Core i5-10400H mit 100-200 MHz höheren Taktfrequenzen geeignet.

Mit einem spezifizierten TDP von 45 Watt eignet sich der i5-10300H am besten für große und schwere Notebooks, per "configurable TDP-down" kann die CPU auch mit 35 Watt betrieben werden, bei geringerer Leistung (Turbo wird nicht so lange gehalten).

Der Intel Xeon W-10885M ist ein Achtkern-SoC für Notebooks, der auf der auf der Comet-Lake-Architektur basiert (CML-H, 4. Generation der Skylake Architektur). Er taktet die acht Prozessorkerne mit 2,4 GHz bis 5,3 GHz. Die integrierte Grafikkarte hört auf den Namen UHD Graphics P630 und entspricht der alten HD Graphics 630. Die Leistungsaufnahme ist mit 45 Watt TDP spezifiziert und kann vom Notebookhersteller auf 35 Watt heruntergesetzt werden (configurable TDP = cTDP Down). Professionelle Variante des Intel Core i9-10885H.

Die einzelnen Kerne haben sich bei Comet Lake im Vergleich zu Kaby Lake nicht verändert. Die Leistung pro Takt bleibt also gleich und auch die Fertigung ist im Vergleich zu Coffee Lake die selbe (14nm++). Auch die Grafikkarte wurde nicht verbessert, sondern lediglich teilweise höher getaktet. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt nun DDR4-2933.

Der Intel Xeon W-10885M unterstützt die Businessfeatures vPro, TXT und SIPP.

Mit einem spezifizierten TDP von 45 Watt eignet sich der i9-10885H am besten für große und schwere Notebooks. Optional kann er per Configurable TDP-down auf 35 Watt gedrosselt werden (mit dadurch geringerer Leistung).
