Der Wear 2500 ist ein kleiner ARM Cortex-A7 Quad-Core für Smartwatches der die CPU-Kerne mit bis zu 1,2 GHz taktet. Der SoC wird in 28nm gefertigt und integriert ein X5 LTE Modem. Im Vergleich zum Wear 2100 bietet der 2500 Qualcomm Aqstic Audio Support.
