Er bietet vier ARM Cortex-A53 Prozessorkerne mit bis zu 1.3 GHz, eine ARM Mali-T720 Grafikkarte und einen LPDDR3 Speicherkontroller (z.B. mit 1 GB im Lenovo Tab 2 A8-50). An drahtlosen Schnittstellen bietet der SoC Bluetooth 4.0 und Dual Band 802.11 b/g/n WLAN.
