Announced in early May 2026 and expected to launch the same month, this device throws a massive 6.84-inch OLED display at you, packed with 1 billion colors and a buttery 120Hz refresh rate. That means scrolling through social media or watching trailers feels incredibly smooth. And if you love watching videos outdoors, no problem the screen peaks at 4,000 nits of brightness, which is seriously bright. The phone is a bit on the heavier side at 232g, but that is because it hides a monster battery. It comes in three nice colors: Blush Gold, Lake Cyan, and Golden Black, with a glass front but a plastic frame and back so it is not premium metal, but it keeps the price reasonable. Under the hood, the Huawei Nova 15 Max runs on EMUI 14.2 Huawei’s own software. Keep in mind, there is no Google Play Services mentioned here, so you would rely on Huawei’s AppGallery. Storage is a solid 256GB internal, but the card slot is unspecified, so don’t count on expanding it. For photos, you get a dual camera setup on the back a capable 50 MP main camera with a wide lens and Dual Pixel PDAF for quick focusing plus an auxiliary lens that is not detailed likely for depth or macro shots.
