We like the EasyNote NJ65-AU-020UK a lot. It's stylish, usable and will provide enough performance for the average user, at a price that's right.

Once, like most PC manufacturers, it was known for producing a range of anonymous beige boxes, but the glorious 1990's have long since passed in favour of the glossy blackness of the new millennium. As an affordable and portable laptop, the Packard Bell NJ65 is well worth considering. It has all the right features, performs well and even throws in one or two extra features into the bargain. However, it's let down by a mediocre keyboard, which is worth testing out before you hand over your cash.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 4500MHD: Im GM45, GS45 und GE45 Chipsatz (Montevina Plattform) integrierte shared Memory Grafikkarte von Intel. Durch höhere Taktung und mehr Shader ist sie deutlich schneller als die X3100, jedoch immer noch nicht für Spieler empfehlenswert. Kann HD-Videos (AVC/VC2/MPEG2) dekodieren und so die CPU entlasten.
Diese Karten können nur sehr alte und sehr anspruchslose 3D Spiele flüssig darstellen. Anwendungen wie Office, Internet surfen, Bildbearbeitung oder (SD) Videoschnitt sind jedoch ohne große Einschränkungen möglich.

Intel Pentium Dual Core: Abgespeckter Core Duo mit nur 1MB L2 Cache

Der Intel Pentium T4200 ist ein Dual-Core Einstiegs Prozessor von Intel mit jediglich 1 MB Level 2 Cache und ohne Virtualisierungsfunktionen. Dem T4200 fehlen im Vergleich zur Core 2 Duo Linie auch einige Stromsparfunktionen.
