Der AMD Athlon X2 QL-64 ist ein Doppelkernprozessor für Notebooks basierend auf einer Mischung aus K8 (Kerne) und K10 Architektur (Speicherkontroller, Crossbar, HyperTransport Links. Er besitzt einen integrierten Dual-Channel DDR2 333MHz Speicherkontroller und einen einzelnen 1800 MHz 16-Bit HyperTransport Link zum Chipsatz. Verglichen zu den schnelleren Turion X2 Modellen, besitzt der Athlon X2 weniger Stromsparfunktionen (kein Deep Sleep, nur 2 statt 3 P-States). Laut den technischen Daten ist er mit dem QL-65 identisch.

Durch den kleinen Level 2 Cache und die K8 Kernteile, kann der QL-64 nicht mit gleichgetakteten Core 2 Duo / Pentium Prozessoren mithalten. Je nach Benchmark liegt die Performance zwischen einem 1.3 GHz und 2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo.

Der AMD Athlon X2 QL-66 ist ein Doppelkernprozessor für Notebooks basierend auf einer Mischung aus K8 und K10 Architektur. Er besitzt einen integrierten Dual-Channel DDR2 Speicherkontroller und einen einzelnen 1800 MHz 16-Bit HyperTransport Link zum Chipsatz. Verglichen zu den schnelleren Turion X2 Modellen, besitzt der Athlon X2 weniger Stromsparfunktionen (kein Deep Sleep, nur 2 statt 3 P-States).
