Xiaomi Mijia T302: Elektrische Zahnbürste mit Vibrationsdämpfung vorgestellt

Xiaomi has expanded its budget dental care lineup with the Mijia T302 Vibration Suppression Edition, a sonic electric toothbrush that went on sale at just 149 yuan (around $22). The new model is aimed squarely at the entry level segment, but it still packs a handful of features that punch above its price point.

At the core of the T302 sits a silent brushless motor that Xiaomi claims delivers more efficient vibration while cleaning debris from around the gumline. The company has also tuned the brush head's oscillation frequency specifically to reduce handle vibration, which should make for a gentler experience for users who find typical sonic brushes a bit too aggressive in the palm.

The new vibration suppressing toothbrush by Xiaomi comes with four cleaning modes. The Standard mode is for everyday use, while Sensitive is aimed at first-time users or those with sensitive teeth. The Gum Massage mode alternates the bristle swing to be gentle on painful or bleeding gums, and Polish uses high-frequency oscillation to lift stains and brighten teeth.

Xiaomi has added value with the brush head, calling it a "cushioned, copper-free" head, built with a dual swirl bristle layout that hugs the tooth surface. The back of the head is wrapped in soft rubber that absorbs impact force, and the bristle field is split into three zones covering interdental cleaning, gum massage, and whitening. Because the bristles are made without copper, Xiaomi says there is less risk of corrosion inside the head. As usual, a fading bristle indicator reminds users to swap heads roughly every three months.

Charging is handled through a 360-degree dock where there's no need to align the toothbrush with a specific port. Battery life is rated at 65 days on Standard mode or up to 150 days on Sensitive mode, with a full charge taking about four hours and a two-minute quick charge option when needed.

The retail package includes the handle and charger, plus a generous kit of four replacement heads. The toothbrush comes in silver gray or frosted purple finishes, and there is no word yet on whether the T302 will make its way outside China.
