EN→DELenovo proclaims the Legion S7 (short for Slim 7) to be ‘the world’s lightest RTX laptop’, which turned out to be an easily disproved statement. The actual lightest RTX laptop is the ROG Flow Z13 from Asus, although that device’s detachable keyboard and dinky 13-inch touchscreen arguably qualify it as more of a hybrid tablet than a true laptop, so we’ll allow Lenovo the loophole. With a weight of 1.9kg, it’s still hard to deny that the Legion S7 is impressively lightweight given its 15.6-inch display and full-scale keyboard. At less than 20mm thick, it lives up to the ‘slim’ moniker too, but doesn’t appear to remotely compromise itself for that slender form factor. In fact, the Legion S7 sits among the very best gaming laptops in terms of design and build quality, despite the relatively sensible asking price of $1,770 (£1,500, around AU$2,510). EN→DESlim gaming laptops are still a new category with fewer models available, and the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is currently among the best ones you can buy. Despite shaving off its bulk, the Slim has got great midrange performance for a laptop having a combo of the Ryzen 7 5800H processor and an NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU. The presence of a 1440P 165Hz display is a nice extra, and the battery life is decent for a laptop of this standard. At Rs. 1,44,990, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 goes up against some of the last-gen Asus ROG laptops as well as the Dell Alienware models. While performance on all of them is equally good, the advantage of having a slim-n-trim body makes it easy to carry around. We recommend you should check it out before making a decision.

EN→DEThe Lenovo Legion Slim 7 isn’t meant to be the most powerful gaming laptop, but a capable one that you can carry around without it feeling out of place. That comes thanks to its slim form that brings compromises like average battery life, lesser ports and some heating. If that extra portability is not an important factor to you, you may want to look at other options. However, if the portability does sound nice, the Legion Slim 7 is great at what it does and when you plug it in for the full gaming experience, it won’t disappoint most. It also makes for a good content creation machine thanks to the portable form, dedicated graphics and SD card reader.

Diese Grafikkarten sollten alle modernen Spiele flüssig darstellen können. Anspruchsvolle Spiele müssen jedoch in mittlerer Detailstufe gespielt werden. Ältere und weniger anspruchsvolle Spiele wie die Sims Serie können auch in hohen Detailsstufen flüssig dargestellt werden.
