The Vivo S16 comes with decent specs and perks that every user demand from an upper mid-range phone. It brings a powerful chipset configuration accompanied by top-notch display quality with beautiful camera results. Overall, the phone is worth recommending if you are looking for something different with decent photography. But at the same time, the battery life is slightly lower than the competition, though it doesn’t come with wireless or reverse charging support. With that said, there are tons of other options that can replace this phone. For instance, the Xiaomi Redmi K60 offers almost the same attributes, which are also available on the international market.

Last month, smartphone company Vivo launched its S16 series. In the S16 series, Vivo also released S16, S16e, and S16 Pro smartphones. The Vivo S16 smartphone cost around $350 (Rs 29,590 in India) approx. The smartphone has 5G connectivity and also comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with HDR10+ support and the display has a better 120Hz refresh rate. The phone weighs around 182 grams, that’s is good in the hand. The Vivo S16 runs on the latest Android 13 OS with the Origin OS 3 user interface. For chipset, the smartphone equips a 7nm Qualcomm SM8250-AC Snapdragon 870 5G works better in daily tasks and gaming with Adreno 650 GPU. In the Vivo S16 smartphone, you get 8GB/12GB RAM support accompanied by 128GB/256GB/512GB internal storage. But the secondary card slot is missing in this smartphone. Let’s talk about camera performance, the Vivo S16 has a triple camera setup including a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP camera lens. The main camera setup can easily record up to 4K videos, while the front selfie camera comes with a 50MP selfie camera that gives you amazing selfies. The selfie camera can record 1080p videos at 30 fps, but both side cameras are missing gyro-EIS support. The smartphone also has a Li-Po 4600 mAh battery capacity that powers the smartphone, while 66W fast charging support is also present. Qualcomm Adreno 650: Grafikchip für Smartphones und Tablets, integriert im Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. Laut Qualcomm um 25% schneller als die alte Adreno 640 im Snapdragon 855.

Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.

SD 870: High-End SoC (System on a Chip) für Smartphones welcher Mitte 2021 vorgestellt wurde. Integriert unter anderen einen schnellen "Prime Core" mit bis zu 3,2 GHz und drei weitere schnelle Cortex-A77 basierende Performance-Kerne.
