Der CPU-Teil integriert vier ARM Cortex-A78 Kerne mit bis zu 2,6 GHz und vier Stromsparkerne vom Typ Cortex-A55 mit bis zu 2 GHz. Im Vergleich zum älteren 7300X, sind die A78 Kerne um 100 MHz höher getaktet. Der SoC wird im modernen 4nm Prozess gefertigt.
