EN→DEThe Infinix XPAD starts at Rs 11,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant and Rs 14,999 for the 8GB+256GB model, making it a compelling option in the budget tablet segment. For its price, it packs a strong multimedia experience with an 11-inch display, quad speakers, smooth day-to-day performance, and a lightweight design. Its biggest competition comes from the Redmi Pad SE (review), which offers a similar display and better battery life but lacks 4G connectivity, and the Realme Pad 2 (review), which boasts a higher refresh rate display. The Infinix XPAD strikes a great balance between features and price, delivering a solid all-round experience. It checks a lot of the right boxes and is definitely worth considering.

EN→DEHonor's Pad X8a (Rs. 9,999) is the only worthy competitor to Infinix's XPad, as the company also offers an optional (or combo) cover that doubles up as a stand. However, it falls short when it comes to hardware as it is only available with 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage and also lacks cellular connectivity. Honor also does not provide a charger in the box. The Redmi Pad 4G (Rs. 10,999) is also a decent competitor, offers specifications similar (except for a smaller 8.7-inch display) to the Honor tablet, and comes with an optional cover accessory. As it stands, the Infinix XPad is the only tablet that does what it does in this budget segment, and there's really no touching it, whether it's hardware, software or battery life (despite its missing features and performance hiccups). And so, the XPad, despite its flaws, is still easy to recommend as it offers extremely good value for money.

This is an intriguing price, which can easily catapult the Xpad GT into the shortlists of potential tablet buyers looking to get the most bang for their money. The Xpad GT delivers across the board - it has a high-res 144Hz display, powerful hardware, incredibly loud speakers, superb battery life, and the potential to be even more versatile if you get the keyboard and/or the stylus. The potential setbacks are its limited availability, the older Android OS, and the slow charging of the rather large battery. All these are not deal breakers, but they are still worth mentioning. If you live in a region where the Infinix Xpad GT is available, and you are looking for a powerful tablet with a large screen, it's definitely worth considering.

Infinix: Infinix ist ein Smartphone-Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in den USA, das 2013 von Transsion Holdings gegründet wurde. Infinix produziert seine Telefone in mehreren Ländern, darunter Frankreich, Indien, Indonesien, Südkorea, China, Pakistan und Ägypten.
Diese Karten können nur sehr alte und sehr anspruchslose 3D Spiele flüssig darstellen. Anwendungen wie Office, Internet surfen, Bildbearbeitung oder (SD) Videoschnitt sind jedoch ohne große Einschränkungen möglich.
ARM Mali-G57 MP2: Integrierte Grafikkarte der Mittelklasse mit 2 Kernen / Clustern (MC2 oder MP2) basierend auf die Valhall Architektur.
Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.
Qualcomm Adreno 660: Grafikchip für Smartphones und Tablets, integriert im Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Laut Qualcomm um 35% schneller und um 20% effizienter als die alte Adreno 650 im Snapdragon 865.
Einige nicht anspruchsvolle aktuelle Spiele können mit geringen Details noch flüssig gespielt werden. Für Office und Video natürlich ausreichende Leistungsreserven.

Helio G99: ARM-basierter Octa-Core-SoC (2x Cortex-A76, 6x Cortex-A55) mit 64-Bit-Unterstützung und bis zu 2,2 GHz Taktrate für Smartphones und Tablets. Integriert ein Cat-13 4G LTE Modem. Im Unterschied zum MediaTek Helio G96, wird der G99 im moderneren 6nm Prozess gefertigt und taktet höher.
Helio G88: ARM-basierter Octa-Core-SoC (2x Cortex-A75, 6x Cortex-A55) mit 64-Bit-Unterstützung und bis zu 2 GHz Taktrate für Smartphones und Tablets. Integriert ein Cat-7 (DL) / Cat-13 (UL) LTE Modem (4G) und eine ARM Mali-G52 MP2 mit bis zu 950 MHz.
Qualcomm Snapdragon:
SD 888 5G: High-End SoC (System on a Chip) für Smartphones welcher Ende 2020 vorgestellt wurde. Integriert unter anderen einen schnellen Cortex-X1 "Prime Core" mit bis zu 2,84 GHz und drei weitere schnelle Cortex-A78 basierende Performance-Kerne. Zum Stromsparen wurden außerdem 4 weitere ARM Cortex-A55 Kerne verbaut. Integriert ein 5G Modem, WiFi 6e und eine Hexagon 780 AI Engine mit bis zu 26 TOPS.

Dieser Bereich des Displayformats bildet weitgehend die Obergrenze für Tablets und die Untergrenze für Subnotebooks.
Der Vorteil von Subnotebooks liegt darin, dass das ganze Notebook klein dimensioniert sein kann und daher leicht tragbar ist. Das winzige Display hat noch den Vorteil wenig Strom zu benötigen, was die Akkulaufzeit und damit die Mobilität weiter verbessert. Der Nachteil ist, dass das Lesen von Texten anstrengend für die Augen ist. Hohe Auflösungen, die man von einem Standard-Laptop gewohnt ist, sind fast nicht nutzbar.
Ähnliches gilt auch für Tablets in diesem Größenbereich.

In diesem Display-Größenbereich gibt es kaum noch Tablets. Für Subnotebooks ist es dagegen das Standardformat.
