EN→DEOverall, for the price of PHP11,999, the Infinix Note 50 Pro 4G is not an ideal device for graphically demanding games. However, it is a solid option if you’re playing competitive titles. Games like Mobile Legends and Call of Duty run smoothly on the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro with little to no problems. Although Genshin Impact runs decently, I would still recommend opting for a different device if you plan to play more demanding titles.

EN→DETo wrap things up, the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro certainly gives you bang for your buck as it comes with a nice design, AMOLED screen with 144Hz refresh rate, and fast charging speeds. COD Mobile players will certainly have their heads turned to this phone especially if they're planning on getting a new one. Although there are a few gripes when it comes to the device's cameras and graphically intensive mobile games, the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro is able to make up for that with its other features that it provides. Along with the Infinix NOTE 50 series, besides the NOTE 50 Pro, are the Infinix NOTE 50 and the NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G.

EN→DEAfter using it for two weeks, we think that Infinix did a great job with the NOTE 50 Pro in elevating what budget phones can offer in 2025. The biggest con the NOTE 50 Pro has is the fact that it’s a 4G-only device, but other than that, it’s a solid upgrade from its predecessor across other departments.

EN→DEIn keeping with its pedigree, Infinix has managed to craft a very interesting package with the Note 50 Pro 4G. Externally, the device really punches above its price. It not only looks very premium thanks to its sandblasted finish, but it also feels the part thanks to the metal frame and other details. You don't really get this build quality level at this budget price point. You also get IP64 ingress protection and even an RGB light on the back to tie the design together. The OLED display is also arguably a highlight here. Sure, it lacks HDR video support, but it can get quite bright and has 144Hz support. We were also very impressed with the camera system.

EN→DEThe Infinix Note 50 Pro doesn’t just bring a lot to the table—it does so at a price that makes you do a double-take. For a phone packed with premium features like wireless charging, a sleek metal frame, and an AMOLED display, it’s hard to believe it starts at just $293 for the 8GB RAM version. If you’re willing to stretch your budget slightly to $314, you can grab the 12GB RAM variant, which is perfect for multitaskers or anyone who wants a bit more headroom for apps and games. These prices place the Note 50 Pro firmly in the budget-friendly category, but it punches way above its weight class when compared to competitors. What’s wild is how much value this phone offers without feeling like it’s cutting corners. Sure, there are compromises here and there—like the lack of a Quad HD display or a dedicated zoom lens—but these trade-offs are minor when you consider what you’re getting.

EN→DEThe Infinix Note 50 Pro+ 5G impresses with its robust performance, premium design, and an array of thoughtful features, all wrapped in an affordable price tag of $370. It stands out in the mid-range segment by offering a large, vibrant AMOLED display, a capable triple-camera setup, and strong performance driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset. Additionally, the generous package that includes a 100W charger, USB-C cable, earphones, a MagSafe-like case, and a glass screen protector further enhances its value proposition, making it a complete package for those who want more out of their device. While the device has a few ergonomic quirks, such as a top-heavy design and camera island wobbling, the overall user experience remains solid.

EN→DEAll in all, the Infinix Note 50 Pro+ ticks almost all the boxes; it has everything from a sturdy yet eye-catching metal design, fluid display, and standout cameras in this category to a powerful chipset, decent battery life, and a smorgasbord of AI features. The best thing is that the whole package comes at an affordable price, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone who is looking for a midrange smartphone. By contrast, it is even cheaper than its immediate rival, the Galaxy A36, with a $399 price tag.

EN→DEThe NOTE 50 Pro+ is the most exciting model from Infinix’s NOTE series in a while, as it has several features normally found on flagship phones, like a periscope camera, metal frame, and UFS 4.0 storage. Infinix took a home run with the NOTE 50 Pro+ priced at under Php 20k, making it the new benchmark for upper midrange phones in the Philippines. There’s room for improvement for the NOTE 50 Pro+, and we’re confident that Infinix will make its most premium phone even better through future software updates.

EN→DEWrapping this up, the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G is one of the most compelling options in the competitive mid-range segment. It stands out with its bold design, delivers impressive performance, and offers a surprisingly versatile camera system, highlighted by a periscopic telephoto lens. Plus, the inclusion of both rapid wired and wireless charging gives it a significant edge. While battery life might be a concern for the most demanding users and some software elements could use further refinement, its overall package brings a premium-feeling experience at a mid-range price. At just PHP 17,999, the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G sets the bar high within its class. Whether you’re a casual gamer, a content creator, or someone looking for a well-rounded smartphone, this investment pays off handsomely.

EN→DEThe Infinix Note 50 Pro+ does a lot of things right and its failings aren't really major dealbreakers. Frequent travelers may avoid it because of its lack of eSIM support, and if you do a lot voice calls, maybe its subpar endurance in that discipline should be a red flag. The software support isn't exactly long-term either. But the Note 50 Pro+ offers a compelling camera system with a nicely capable main shooter, an ultrawide that's hard to find for the money, and a telephoto that can put to shame some models at twice the price. Battery life may be so-so, but charging speed is towards the top of the charts, and the wireless charging capability is unheard of in the class. Standout features that could be useful to the right crowd include the heart rate monitor and the LED light on the back. All things considered, the Note 50 Pro+ makes a very convincing case for itself and should be particularly enticing for camera enthusiasts on a budget.

EN→DETo sum it up, the display quality and fast charging are the reasons why you should purchase this Infinix Note 50 Pro Plus phone. The camera department provides great photos in daylight, but night mode and dynamic range need more improvement. As for other downsides, this phone doesn’t provide top-tier gaming performance, the interface is loaded with bloatware, and OS updates are often delayed. If you aren’t bothered by those factors, the Infinix Note 50 Pro Plus is the value-for-money deal. However, if you want more software updates, a better camera experience, and better gaming performance, check out the Nothing Phone (3a). Apart from Google, Samsung is one of the few brands that are providing six years of OS updates. Finally, the decision is up to you if the device meets your requirements, choose it. If not, look for other options.

EN→DEThe Infinix Note 50x carries a starting price of Rs 11,499 for the 6GB+128GB variant and Rs 12,999 for the 8GB+128GB option. Its key competitors, the POCO M7 Pro (review) and Vivo T4x (review), are also strong contenders. If you’re after better multimedia and longer software support, the POCO M7 Pro makes more sense. If your priority is performance and battery life, the Vivo T4x is a great pick. However, for those looking for a well-rounded package, the Infinix Note 50x offers excellent value for its price. It stands out in key areas like performance, battery life, and camera quality. While the multimedia experience does take a slight hit due to the lower-resolution display, it’s far from a dealbreaker. Most users will likely appreciate its smooth overall performance and useful AI features.

EN→DEThere is a GCAI mode that can apparently turn your images into AI avatars. However, this mode did not work for me at all and the results were not even funny. Similarly, the AI generated Home Screen images also seemed like they were pulled off the net and not really based on the photos I had given as prompt. This part of the phone certainly needs some more work. Despite its thin build, the phone has a 5500mAh battery that can easily last 36 hours with rigorous usage. The phone gets charged reasonably fast too. The phone does not run pure Android, but the XOS 15 based on Android 15 avoids unnecessary distractions and skins. It also has limited bloatware. This is a big plus in my books.

EN→DEThe Infinix Note 50s is priced at Rs 15,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant, while the 8GB+256GB model will cost you Rs 17,999. At this price, it goes up against the likes of the Realme P3 (review) and Vivo T4x (review). The Realme P3 is ahead with a better multimedia experience, a sturdier design, and a larger battery. The Vivo T4x, on the other hand, is a more budget-friendly option that delivers comparable performance and build quality, along with a significantly bigger battery, although you do miss out on an AMOLED display, which makes the visuals a bit less vibrant. The Note 50s, however, finds a good middle ground. You get a curved AMOLED display, a capable set of cameras, respectable battery life, and a software experience that’s among the better ones at this price.
