Sein ultra-schlanker 12,5 Zoll großer UHD UWVA LED-Touchscreen verfügt über eine Auflösung von 3.840 x 2.160 Pixels für scharfe und kontrastreiche Bilder. Die Variante ohne Touchscreen misst 29,2 x 20,9 x 1,19 cm und wiegt 0,97 kg, während das Touchscreen-Modell mit 1,24 cm und 1,07 kg etwas höher und schwerer ist. Mit 12,4 mm ist das Notebook sehr flach und wiegt dabei gerademal 1070 g. Im Inneren hat HP eine Core m5-CPU verbaut, die passiv gekühlt wird. We’re seeing more that were designed with being a tablet in mind. And HP sure pulled out the stops. Along with one of the best keyboards around, the HP Elite Folio packs top-end specs like 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage. It also packs features like HP’s Sure View Reflect privacy display, which is just awesome. Let’s not forget that the battery life is great and it comes with cellular connectivity, up to 5G. HP Elite Folio review: A costly hodgepodge of mobile-centric features

There’s a lot to like about the Elite Folio — its unique design, handy stylus, good battery life and cellular connectivity are great. But I cannot, in good conscience, tell you to shell out $1,889 for a Windows on ARM machine until Microsoft improves the system. Sure, HP isn’t exactly targeting the average consumer since this falls under its "Elite" line of commercial notebooks but in this case that mostly just means the Folio has IT deployment friendly software and security. It’s still too much money for a laptop that starts out with a messy OS, and the Elite Folio doesn’t do enough to overcome that disadvantage.

HP: 1939 gegründet, ist das US-Unternehmen ein wichtiger Server und Druckerhersteller und eines der führenden IT-Unternehmen weltweit. Bis 2015 hieß das Unternehmen Hewlett-Packard Company. Nach einer Aufspaltung wurde der Computer-Bereich in HP Inc. umbenannt.
2023 hatte HP einen ungefähren Marktanteil von 22% am weltweiten PC-Absatz und war damit die Nummer 2 nach Lenovo.
Einige nicht anspruchsvolle aktuelle Spiele können mit geringen Details noch flüssig gespielt werden. Für Office und Video natürlich ausreichende Leistungsreserven.
Intel HD Graphics 515: Integrierte Grafikkarte (GT2), welche in einigen Core-m-CPUs (Skylake, 4,5 Watt TDP) verbaut wird.
Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.
Qualcomm Adreno 680: Grafikchip für Windows-Notebooks welcher im Snapdragon 8cx integriert ist. Architekturell ähnlich zum Adreno 640. Laut Qualcomm 2x schneller als die alte Adreno 630 im Snapdragon 850 für Windows Laptops bei 60% verbesserter Effizienz.
