Intel Atom x3-C3130
Der Intel Atom x3-C3130 ist ein sparsamer Dual-Core-SoC, der vorrangig in Android-Smartphones und -Tablets der Einstiegsklasse verbaut wird. Neben zwei 64-Bit-fähigen Atom-CPU-Kernen integriert der Chip auch eine ARM Mali-400 MP2 GPU (mit 480 MHz), ein UMTS-Mobilfunkmodem sowie WLAN, Bluetooth und GPS. Der Speicherkontroller unterstützt Single-Channel (32 Bit) LPDDR2 800 mit maximal 3.2 GB/s Bandbreite. Flash Speicher wird als eMMC bis Version 4.41 unterstützt.
Im MobileXPRT 2013 unter Android (Light Media Editing) ist der x3-C3130 laut Intel deutlich schneller (40-50%) als die günstige Konkurrenz von MediaTek (MT6582 Cortex-A7 1.3 GHz Quad-Core) und Qualcomm (MSM8212 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 Quad-Core).
Die Fertigung erfolgt in einem 28-Nanometer-Prozess von TSMC.
