Testberichte für das Motorola Moto G Stylus 2025

80% I Didn’t Expect to Love the Latest Moto G Stylus, but It Won Me Over
Quelle: How to Geek Englisch EN→DE
For its budget price, the Motorola Moto G Stylus 2025 delivers a smooth smartphone experience with an integrated stylus, making it stand out as the most affordable option for note-taking phones. Its vibrant, bright 6.7-inch AMOLED display, 50MP Sony Lytia main camera, and long-lasting battery life will give you your money’s worth. If I were in the market for a budget-friendly phone right now, I might grab the Motorola Moto G Stylus (2025). It’s a compelling choice, thanks to its built-in stylus for note-taking, vibrant display, and outstanding battery life. It also doesn’t slack despite its $400 price. The software is speedy, the camera is decent (minus the disappointing zoom), and it looks cool to boot. Of course, there are plenty of worthy competitors in the best budget phones category.

84% Motorola Moto G Stylus 2025 Review

At $399, the Moto G Stylus 2025 is one of those rare phones that feels like it would be priced more at launch. The display alone is worth the price of admission. Throw in the fast charging, clean software, solid cameras, good performance, and just enough quirks to keep things interesting, and you’ve got a phone that absolutely earns its place on a mid-range shortlist. There are trade-offs, of course, to consider. Motorola still trails behind on software updates. The camera, while fun and vibrant, has some reliability concerns with 4K video. And the stylus, while improved over previous generations, still feels kinda basic. For most people, particularly those who want great media, long battery life, and a phone that feels more premium than its price tag, the Moto G Stylus 2025 should be among the first options to consider.

80% The Moto G Stylus (2025) is finally a budget Motorola phone for power users
Quelle: Android Authority Englisch EN→DE
If there’s one cheap Motorola phone worth recommending, it’s this one — simple as that. Yes, the Moto G Power might offer a slightly more durable Gorilla Glass 5 display, but the Moto G Stylus (2025) checks all the other boxes on its way down. It’s more powerful, charges faster, offers better color options (mostly because Surf The Web beats Leaf Green in my book), and comes with the same reliable IP68 certification, even if it skips the IP69 add-on. Oh, and it comes with a built-in stylus for added flexibility, which you can only get from the Galaxy S25 Ultra otherwise. That said, the Moto G Stylus (2025) still suffers from a couple of classic Motorola stumbles.

80% Moto G Stylus (2025) review: this phone is a $400 note-taker’s dream
Quelle: Digital Trends Englisch EN→DE
It has never been more exciting for midrange devices. Instead of being a category full of let-downs, companies are finally identifying a few key features that can truly set a handset apart. Motorola continues to deliver on its color science, along with its faux vegan leather that gives the lineup a recognizable signature that doesn’t feel cheap or gaudy. Not only that, but Motorola is doubling down on critical pillars like battery life, premium display quality, respectable cameras, and solid performance. The biggest standout is the included stylus that, while not as cutting-edge as Samsung’s, is a practical everyday tool for almost every pen fan except maybe hardcore artists. Color me impressed by the Moto G Stylus 2025. There really are no other phones that offer all of this, plus a built-in stylus, at this price point.

70% Motorola Moto G Stylus (2025): The Most Affordable Phone With a Stylus
Quelle: PC Mag Englisch EN→DE
The Motorola Moto G Stylus has a vibrant display, decent performance, and a fully waterproof design. And of course, it packs a stylus that’s useful for writing notes, sketching, or annotating screenshots. That said, the phone's cameras are mediocre at best, and Motorola doesn't offer nearly as much software support as you get from some competitors. If you want a stylus without spending a small fortune on the $1,299.99 Samsung Galaxy Ultra, the Moto G Stylus is worth a look. But if you can live without a stylus and stretch your budget, the Google Pixel 9a has a faster processor, better cameras, more helpful AI tools, and a generous support window, making it our Editors’ Choice for midrange Android phones.

The Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) by Motorola brings a few key updates to the last year's model - things like the screen, design, durability, performance, and charging. Let's not forget the latest Android OS, paired with a promise of longer software support.

80% I tested the Moto G Stylus 2025, and this is one cheap phone you shouldn't sleep on
Quelle: Android Central Englisch EN→DE
It's tough to find reasons not to recommend the Moto G Stylus 2025. Despite some of its drawbacks, this is one of the best Android phones under $400, and one you definitely shouldn't sleep on, even with more expensive phones like the Pixel 9a looming over it. The specs and performance make this a great phone for the price, and the camera is surprisingly good, even if it needs a bit of tweaking. And while the phone isn't perfect, none of the negatives feel like dealbreakers to me, even after a few weeks. Ultimately, the Moto G Stylus 2025 solidifies Motorola as the king of affordable phones in North America.

This $400 Motorola comes with a built-in stylus and twice the storage of rival phones
Quelle: Zdnet.com Englisch EN→DE
The Moto G Stylus is on sale for $400 at Motorola's website, making it the most expensive model of the 2025 trio. Two color options are available: the aforementioned Surf The Web, and Gibraltar Sea, a darker shade of blue. This phone is great for people who want a midrange device but are willing to pay a little extra for a premium experience. I've tested all three, and can say that this is easily my favorite of Motorola's 2025 series.

80% Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) review
Quelle: GSM Arena Englisch EN→DE
With its stylus, the Motorola G Stylus 5G (2025) is a unique mid-range proposition. Recognizing its potential, Motorola is now launching a similarly equipped model in the Indian market in the face of the Moto Edge 60 Stylus. But there have already been a few Stylus-equipped Motorola models in the US market. The 2025 model we are reviewing brings a few key updates - screen, design, durability, performance, and charging. Let's not forget the latest Android OS, paired with a promise of longer software support. The good news is that it's an all-around package with pretty much everything you may expect from a midrange device - a nice, bright screen, loud speakers, smooth performance, excellent cameras and fast charging. Okay, it's almost everything you may expect, as we could have wished for better battery life here. But other than that, we have no real complaints and we recommend this Moto, whether you are looking for a mid-range phone with a stylus, or just a reasonably priced device that covers most bases.

57% Moto G Stylus (2025) Review: Major upgrades, but with one big letdown
Quelle: Phone Arena Englisch EN→DE
If you want an affordable phone with stylus support, the Moto G Stylus (2025) is in a class of its own. It improves key areas like display brightness, stylus responsiveness, and chip performance. Even though the short battery life is a bit disappointing, the fast wired charging and the option for wireless charging somewhat make up for that downside. Alternatives like the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G offer longer update support and better cameras, but they don't have the G Stylus’s pen features, which have always placed this Motorola mid-range in its own pocket dimension. At the end of the day, Motorola’s done a great job delivering meaningful upgrades at a sensible price — and that makes the Moto G Stylus (2025) one of the best budget phones of the year so far, so it is definitely worth your consideration.

85% The Moto G Stylus 2025 is the reason I love Motorola
Quelle: Android Police Englisch EN→DE
I’m usually telling people to hold off on new Motorola phones until deals kick in, but I don’t feel that’s needed with the Moto G Stylus 2025. I’m sure the phone will spend most of its life on sale for $275-300, but this is the first year I’m confident saying the device is worth its $400 launch price. Motorola has done an excellent job with its midrange phones. While the Moto G Stylus isn’t perfect, the company has done enough to keep the price affordable without significantly compromising the user experience.

70% Moto G Stylus Review (2025): The Price Is Right, But Motorola Is Coasting
Quelle: Slashgear Englisch EN→DE
The Moto G Stylus is available from most carriers and the Motorola Store on Amazon for $399.99. That's not a bad price for what you get with the phone. The display is quite wonderful, the stylus is handy in some circumstances, and there's even a 3.5mm headphone jack if you still care about such things. At $399, this phone is priced right, under both of its more recent competitors, the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro (though $20 more than the non-pro version) and the Pixel 9a, but both of those other phones have a halo feature that is a compelling argument to buy. The Moto G Stylus doesn't really have that. The stylus itself is neat, but it doesn't work very well, and even when it does, it doesn't do much. But a stylus can be very much a "better to have it and not need it proposition."

Moto G Stylus (2025) Preview: Life is good for G Stylus fans this year
Quelle: Phone Arena Englisch EN→DE
Motorola has improved a lot about the Moto G Stylus with the 2025 edition. Most crucially, it's improved the stylus responsiveness — undoubtedly the most important part of this phone. When you consider the brighter and sharper display, as well as the improved durability, the new G Stylus looks like a worthy successor to the series. We think it is definitely worth the wait if you are in the market for a more budget phone with a stylus. We can't wait to test out the Moto G Stylus (2025), so stay tuned for our tests to see just how much better the new camera system is and whether the battery life is different than last year.
