Das neueste Mitglied der Lenovo-Familie ist kein anderes als das Lenovo Yoga Pro Line-up. Was das Design angeht, sieht das Gerät weitgehend aus wie eine aufgemotzte Version des Lenovo Yoga 9i und das ist keine schlechte Sache. Die abgerundeten Kanten sorgen definitiv für ein Gerät, das eher einen Hauch von Stil hat als etwas rein Funktionales. Auch wenn die Kombination der verwendeten Materialien nicht gerade nach Luxus schreit - die Tastatur besteht zu 50 % aus recyceltem Kunststoff und zu 50 % aus recyceltem Aluminium -, so fühlt es sich doch wie ein echtes High-End-Gerät an, auch wenn es nicht ganz so beeindruckend ist wie das MacBook Pro (2023). Es ist erwähnenswert, dass dieses Modell ein wenig mehr wiegt und etwas dicker ist als sein Apple-Rivale, aber der Unterschied ist nicht so groß. Es ist zwar durchaus möglich, es im Rucksack mit sich herumzuschleppen, aber das Gewicht ist durchaus spürbar. Das ist auf jeden Fall etwas, worüber man nachdenken sollte, bevor man sich für eine der verfügbaren Optionen da draußen entscheidet.

Auch das Trackpad ist sehr reaktionsschnell und hat eine angenehme Größe. Was das Display betrifft, so ist dieses Modell mit einem 16-Zoll-Display mit Mini-LED ausgestattet. Das Display hält alles, was die Technik verspricht, einschließlich einer Fülle von hellen und luxuriösen Farben. Es ist definitiv für einen Luxus-Nutzer geeignet.

Apropos Spiele, es ist erwähnenswert, dass das Panel eine Bildwiederholrate von 165 Hz bietet, die man auch in hohen Konfigurationen bei FPS-lastigen Titeln erwarten würde. Die Bildwiederholfrequenz ist jedoch nicht der Schwerpunkt dieses Displays. Es sind die lebendigen Farben und der tiefe Kontrast mit der Mini-LED-Technologie sowie die vielen Details, die dank der 3,2K-Auflösung dargestellt werden. The 2024 Lenovo Pro 9i 16’s main attraction is its 16-core Intel Core Ultra 9 185H CPU, which outperforms all other Windows laptops we’ve tested in multi-core performance benchmarks. The bright and crisp mini-LED screen, paired with the six-speaker Dolby Atmos-powered stereo sound, makes the Yoga an excellent choice for entertainment. A larger battery that reaches at least 10 hours of battery life (which we’d still consider average) would have been nice but also might have added to the Yoga’s already solid weight of 4.86 pounds. While the Yoga brand might include expectations for the hinge to fold back a full 360 degrees, the size and weight would make a tablet mode cumbersome. However, with a screen of this size and quality, a tent mode would have been a welcome feature for entertainment purposes.

Das Yoga Pro 9 16 mit GeForce-RTX-5050-Grafik ist billiger, kühler und generell leiser als die teureren RTX-5060- oder -5070-Optionen. Leider ist das System mit fast 1.800 US-Dollar im Einzelhandel nicht viel günstiger als die höherwertigen Konfigurationen.
Das Yoga Pro 9 16 mit GeForce-RTX-5050-Grafik ist billiger, kühler und generell leiser als die teureren RTX-5060- oder -5070-Optionen. Leider ist das System mit fast 1.800 US-Dollar im Einzelhandel nicht viel günstiger als die höherwertigen Konfigurationen.

Lenovo:
Lenovo („Le“ vom englischen legend, novo (Latein) für neu) wurde 1984 als chinesische Computerhandelsfirma gegründet. Ab 2004 war die Firma der größte Laptop-Hersteller Chinas und nach der Übernahme der PC-Sparte von IBM im Jahr 2005 der viertgrößte weltweit. Neben Desktops und Notebooks stellt das Unternehmen Monitore, Beamer, Server etc her und hat sich auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vermarktung von Unterhaltungselektronik, Personalcomputern, Software, Unternehmenslösungen und damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen spezialisiert.
Im Jahr 2016 belegte das Unternehmen weltweit den ersten Platz bei den Computerverkäufen. Auch 2023 hatte es ihn noch inne bei ca 23% Weltmarktanteil. Wichtige Produktreihen sind Thinkpad, Legion und Ideapad.
2011 wurde die Mehrheit der Medion AG übernommen, einem europäischen Computer-Hardware-Hersteller. 2014 wurde Motorola Mobility gekauft, wodurch Lenovo einen Schub am Smartphone-Markt erreichte.
Diese Grafikkarten sollten alle modernen Spiele flüssig darstellen können. Anspruchsvolle Spiele müssen jedoch in mittlerer Detailstufe gespielt werden. Ältere und weniger anspruchsvolle Spiele wie die Sims Serie können auch in hohen Detailsstufen flüssig dargestellt werden.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop: Mobile Mittelklasse-Grafikkarte der Blackwell Familie basierend auf den GB206 Chip mit 3328 Shadern und 8 GB GDDR7 Grafikspeicher (128 Bit).
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop: Einstiegsgrafikkarte der Blackwell-Familie für Latpops mit 2.560 Unified Shaders (CUDA Kerne) und je nach TDP Setting einer Taktung von 1500 - 2662 MHz. Die Leistung ohne DLSS und Frame Generation sollte laut Nvidia vergleichbar mit einer RTX 4060 sein.
High-End Grafikkarten welche auch neueste und anspruchsvolle 3D-Spiele in hohen Auflösungen und Detailstufen flüssig wiedergeben können. Durch den hohen Stromverbrauch, werden diese GPUs nur in großen und schweren Notebooks mit geringen Akkulaufzeiten angeboten.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop: Eine kommende Grafikkarte der Blackwell-Familie für Laptops, die Team Green sehr wahrscheinlich auf der CES 2025 vorstellen wird. Wenn man bedenkt, dass der 4070 Laptop über 4.608 Unified Shader (CUDA Kerne) verfügt, wird die 5070 höchstwahrscheinlich weit über 5.000 Shader haben.

Intel Raptor Lake-H:
i7-13705H: Auf der Alder-Lake-Architektur basierender High-End Mobilprozessor. Bietet 6 Performance-Kerne und 8 Effizienzkerne und kann 20 Threads gleichzeitig bearbeiten. Der maximale Turbo-Takt der P-Kerne beträgt 5 GHz (Single-Thread-Turbo). Ähnlich zum i7-13700H jedoch ohne vPro-Support und mit anderem Package und Socket.
Intel Meteor Lake-H:
Ultra 9 185H: Auf der Meteor-Lake-Architektur basierender High-End Mobilprozessor. Bietet 6 Performance-Kerne mit bis zu 5,1 GHz und 8+2 Effizienzkerne mit bis zu 3,8 GHz und kann 22 Threads gleichzeitig bearbeiten.
Ultra 7 155H: Auf der Meteor-Lake-Architektur basierender High-End Mobilprozessor. Bietet 6 Performance-Kerne mit bis zu 4,8 GHz und 8+2 Effizienzkerne mit bis zu 3,8 GHz und kann 22 Threads gleichzeitig bearbeiten.

16.00: Dieser Bereich für Displayformate war und ist eine Seltenheit. Es ist größer als der allgemeine Standard von 15 Zoll, aber noch nicht im Bereich der großen Workstations. Man hat üblicherweise höhere Bildschirmauflösungen zur Verfügung, darunter leidet aber auch die Portabilität.
