EN→DEThe Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 10 sets itself apart with its sleek and stylish design, unusual in the gaming laptop market. It’s remarkably thin and light for a 16-inch machine, and the build quality is equally impressive. Meanwhile, the Intel Core Ultra 7 and RTX 5060 combination offers capable gaming performance, although temperatures can get high at some points. The bigger barrier for entry, though, is the price, since there are similarly priced or cheaper rivals with stronger specs. Ultimately, whether the Legion 7i is worth it depends on how highly you value its class-leading design over outright performance.

The Lenovo Legion 7i with RTX 5060 goes head-to-head against the ASUS ProArt P16 with RTX 5090, and the results are shocking—at half the price, the Legion 7i delivers nearly identical performance in video editing and competitive results in 3D modeling. Find out which laptop offers the best value for creators and whether the P16's premium 4K 120Hz display justifies its $4,000 price tag.

EN→DEOverall, the Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 10 positions itself as a formidable option within the AI gaming laptop sector. With strong hardware capable of managing most AAA games and demanding software, it’s an attractive choice for dedicated gamers. However, the RTX 5060 may feel lacking for a device in the Legion 7 series, particularly given the price point. At approximately P130,000, budget-conscious gamers might consider alternatives like the Legion 5i, which offers a similar CPU and GPU combination for P25,000 less. For those willing to invest a bit more, the Legion Pro 7i with a Core Ultra 9 and RTX 5070 12GB could be a worthwhile upgrade at P174,000.

EN→DEThe Lenovo Legion 7i (16″, Gen 10) is a machine that feels like a paradox, a beautiful and exquisitely crafted gaming laptop that seems to be fighting against its own design. It is, without a doubt, one of the most stylish and elegant gaming laptops on the market, boasting a stunningly thin and light all-aluminium chassis. However, this admirable pursuit of a sleek, portable form factor comes at a direct and significant cost to its performance. This is a laptop for the user who prioritizes premium aesthetics and a top-tier display in a portable package, but is willing to accept that they are not getting the full, unthrottled power that its high-end components are capable of delivering.

EN→DELenovo’s Legion line never disappoints me in terms of power and performance, and the Legion 7i Gen 10 is no exception. This is a more than capable performer when it comes to gaming. It’s certainly not as powerful as some of Lenovo’s other, much larger options. But what you lose in performance, you gain in mobility and portability. The display and keyboard are highlights here, as is that sleek and clean design that is slim and not harsh. Of course, this laptop does come with some downsides. The biggest one being the battery life. It does better on basic computing and tasks, but gaming will drain you quickly. So you will need to have your power supply at the ready. The power supply is also fairly large and not as portable as I would like.

Lenovo’s Legion 7i was one of my favorite gaming laptops last year, and now it’s even better in 2025! It’s been upgraded with an OLED screen, more powerful specs, and it’s thinner and lighter than ever before.

EN→DE Archive.org versionThe Lenovo Legion 7i 16-inch Gen 10 with the Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 is a top-tier gaming laptop that delivers on its promise of extreme performance. Its combination of a powerful CPU, cutting-edge GPU options, and a breathtaking OLED display makes it an ideal choice for gamers and creators seeking an uncompromised experience. While its size, weight, and dependence on a large power adapter limit its portability, these are acceptable trade-offs for the raw power it offers. It represents a significant investment, but one that is justified by its capabilities and premium build quality.
