Der AMD Ryzen Embedded R1505G ist ein Mobilprozessor für Embedded Systems und das Counterpart zum Ryzen 3 2300U. Der SoC beinhaltet 4 Zen Kerne (Quad-Core CPU, ohne SMT / Hyperthreading) die von 2,4 - 3,4 GHz getaktet werden. Der TDP ist konfigurierbar zwischen 12 und 25 Watt (15 Watt nominell) und daher eignet sich die APU auch für schlanke und leichte Systeme. Der L3-Cache beträgt beim R1505G 4 MB. Weiters ist eine Radeon RX Vega 3 getaufte Grafikkarte mit 3 CUs (192 Shader) integriert. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt maximal Dual-Channel DDR4-2400.

Der AMD 3015e ist ein Mobilprozessor mit dem Codenamen Dali für schlanke Notebooks. Der SoC beinhaltet 2 Zen Kerne (Dual-Core CPU, mit SMT / Hyperthreading = 4 Threads) die von 1,2 - 2,3 GHz getaktet werden. Der TDP ist spezifiziert mit 6 Watt. Dadurch eignet sich der SoC auch für die passiv gekühlte Laptops und Tablets. Der 3015e bietet 4 MB Level 3 Cache. Offiziell gehört er zur AMD 3000 Serie, jedoch basiert der SoC noch auf die Ryzen 2000 APUs (Zen 1) und wird in 14nm gefertigt.

Die integrierte Grafikkarte heisst schlicht "AMD Radeon Graphics", bietet 3 GPU Kerne (3 CUs) und wird mit maximal 600 MHz relativ niedrig getaktet. Sie entspricht technisch der AMD Radeon Vega 3.

AMD vergleicht die Performance des AMD 3015e mit einem Intel Celeron N4120 (Quad-Core Atom). Dieser soll im Single Thread Cinebench um 36% und im PCMark um 18% geschlagen werden. Die integrierte Radeon Grafik soll 24% schneller sein als die UHD Graphics 600. Damit befindet sich der SoC in der unteren Einstiegsklasse und eignet sich nur für wenig anspruchsvolle Tätigkeiten und geringes Multitasking.

Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt maximal DDR4-1600 (Single Channel).

Der SoC beinhaltet 4 Zen Kerne (Quad-Core CPU) die von 3,6 - 3,9 GHz getaktet werden und dank SMT/HyperThreading 8 Threads gleichzeitig bearbeiten können. Der TDP ist mit 65 Watt spezifiziert. Der L3-Cache beträgt beim 2400G 4 MB. Weiters ist eine Radeon RX Vega 11 getaufte Grafikkarte mit 11 CUs (alle 704 Shader bei maximal 1250 MHz) integriert. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt maximal Dual-Channel DDR4-2933.
