AMD Ryzen 5 7430U ► remove from comparison Der AMD Ryzen 5 7430U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Cezanne Generation. Der 7430U ist Teil des zweiten "Barcelo-R" Refresh gegen Ende 2024 und bietet die selben Spezifikationen wie der alte Ryzen 5 5625U .
Der SoC beinhaltet sechs Zen 3 Kerne (Hexa-Core CPU) welche mit bis zu 4,3 GHz getaktet werden (Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (12 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im älteren 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt.
Die Performance sollte identisch zum alten Ryzen 5 5625U ausfallen und liegt damit im unteren Mittelklassesegment von Notebook-CPUs in 2023.
Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 7 Grafikkarte (jetzt Radeon Graphics genannt) mit 7 CUs und bis zu 1800 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 (DDR4-3200, LPDDR4-4266) Speicherkontroller und 16 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist weiterhin von 10 - 25 Watt konfigurierbar (15 Watt Default, in den meisten Notebooks aber 25 Watt). Daher ist der Chip auch für kleine und leichte Notebooks geeignet.
Intel Core i7-13620H ► remove from comparison Der Intel Core i7-13620H ist eine High-End-CPU auf Basis der Raptor Lake-H Serie (Alder-Lake-Architektur), die im Januar 2023 vorgestellt wurde. Die CPU basiert auf den Alder Lake-P Chip (für H und P-Serie) und bietet alle 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove Architektur) und 4 der 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 16 Threads) und takten von 2,4 bis 4,9 GHz (Einzelkern-Turbo, alle Kerne bis 4,7 GHz). Die E-Kerne takten von 1,8 - 3,5 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6700HQ ). Im Vergleich zum 13700H bietet der 13620H nur halb so viele E-Kerne und wahrscheinlich eine schwächere iGPU.
Performance
Durch die höhere Taktung, sollte sich der i7-13620H etwas vom alten Core i7-12650H abheben können, bleibt aber hinter den 14-Kern-Modellen zurück (wie z.B. Core i7-13700H ).
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in Alder Lake eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 13620H sind nur 64 der 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,5 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Tiger Lake, hat auch Alder-Lake-P WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt jetzt DDR5-5200 (im Vergleich zur 4800 MHz beim 12650H). Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist nun in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt PCIe 5.0 x8 für eine dGPU und zwei PCIe 4.0 x4 für SSDs. Der PCH bietet noch PCIe Gen3 x12.
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i7-13620H ist mit 45 Watt TDP angegeben (115W PL2). Gefertigt wird der i7 im weiter verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm SuperFin).
