Das Spectre x360-15 habe ich mit gemischten Gefühlen an HP zurückgeschickt. Das HP hat mich verdorben! Der 4K 15 Zoll Bildschirm war und ist einfach eine Sensation und ich habe mich in diesen auch verliebt. Meinen Standard punkto Darstellungsqualität bei Bildschirmen hat es eindeutig nach oben getrieben.

Das neue HP Spectre x360 13,3 Zoll ist ein sehr gutes Convertible für Büroarbeiten und Aufgaben ohne allzu viel Bedarf an Grafikleistung. Es bleiben kleinere Störfaktoren wie die merkwürdig angeordnete Tastatur und die Bloatware. Zum nicht ganz günstigen, aber durchaus gerechtfertigten Preis von rund 1800 Franken ist das Spectre für die richtige Anwendung durchaus eine Investition wert.

This laptop checks off a ton of boxes. Though I've fallen head-over-heels for this laptop, there's still a couple of misgivings I'd like to address.

NVIDIA GeForce 940MX: Notebook-Grafikkarte der Mittelklasse, die auf der Maxwell-Architektur basiert. Wird in 28 Nanometern gefertigt und verfügt über ein 64 Bit GDDR5/DDR3-Speicherinterface. Im Vergleich zur 940M kam die Unterstützung für GDDR5 hinzu.

Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.
