Für ein Smartphone unter 200 Euro macht ... Lumia 730 überraschend gute Bilder, die scharf - wenn auch softwareseitig stark nachgeschärft - sind und zumindest in der Mitte schöne Farben zeigen ... Das Gehäuse ist aus Plastik und relativ leicht.

Apps. Die Dual-SIM-Funktion ist gut durchdacht und der Mobilfunk-Schnittstelle fehlt eigentlich nur die Unterstützung für den LTE-Standard, zumal inzwischen auch immer mehr Handy-Nutzer mit ihrem Vertrag Zugriff auf das schnelle Datennetz haben. Wünschenswert wäre für einen Nachfolger auch ein etwas größerer interner Speicher.

The Nokia Lumia 730 lives up to the promise of being a great phone for those who like to take selfies. It’s not just that, though: with one of the best designs among its peers and an improved camera app it is a good phone overall. On the downside, Windows Phone just does not feel as snappy as Android does on a similar configuration, and you’d see apps loading too long too often. We’re also not perfectly happy with the default display color mode on the Lumia 730, which comes with overblown, unreal colors. Luckily, those who care about accurate colors have the option to fine tune the screen to their liking.

The 730 boasts of an excellent screen, sturdy construction, unrivalled GPS navigation and two good cameras. For Rs 15,000, it's well priced too. Last but not the least, the handset fits perfectly in your hand, which is exactly how a mobile phone should be.

The Microsoft Lumia 730 does the job that it was built for very well and then some. The phone is not the best that you can expect, but it is still one of the better Lumia devices that you can buy right now. It has good cameras on the front and back and will fit users who use their phones for basic mails, social networking and of course, selfies.

3D Spiele sind auf diesen Vertretern nur in Ausnahmen spielbar, grundsätzlich sind die Grafiklösungen hierfür jedoch nicht geeignet. Office Programme und Internet surfen dürfte jedoch ohne Problem möglich sein.
