Alles in allem ist das Motorola One Zoom ein gutes Mittelklasse-Smartphone, nur der Preis ist etwas zu hoch. Insgesamt überzeugen Design, OLED-Display, Speicher und Akkulaufzeit, auch die Kamera enttäuscht nicht. Seltsam finden wir die Entscheidung, nicht mehr auf Android One zu setzen – schließlich trägt das Zoom das One sogar im Namen.

Modell: Suchen Sie ein Mittelklasse-Smartphone? Oder haben Sie einige Meinungen, aber noch keine Entscheidung getroffen?

Den meisten Smartphone-Nutzern stehen unzählige Möglichkeiten und Modelle zur Verfügung. Um ehrlich zu sein, haben die meisten davon sehr ähnliche Hardware und Software. Was ist dann der Hauptgrund für die Suche nach Alternativen? Grundsätzlich einen guten Preis zu bekommen.

Mit dem Motorola One Zoom erhalten Sie ein Gerät mit 48 MP Kamera und 4 GB RAM. Es gibt andere Hersteller, die das gleiche anbieten, einige billiger und andere teurer. Eines unterscheidet das One Zoom jedoch von der Konkurrenz: Es läuft unter unverändertem Android 9.0. Es bietet also eine saubere Installation ohne hinzugefügter Software, Werbung usw., was großartig ist.

Das Design ist, abgesehen von der Kamera, ziemlich herkömmlich. Ich finde das 4-Kamera-Setup etwas seltsam. Aber es ist okay, denke ich. In dieser Preisklasse gibt es kein Telefon mit 3-fachem Zoom. Nun, das Oppo Reno könnte als möglicher Kandidat in Betracht gezogen werden, aber das wird die Zeit zeigen. Der 3-fach Zoom gibt diesem Modell seinen Namen: One Zoom.

Ich war noch nie ein großer Fan von Handys mit viel RAM. Das bedeutet nämlich, dass die Software zu viel Ressourcen verbraucht oder einfach nicht gut optimiert ist. Trends zeigen jedoch das Gegenteil. Es gibt Telefone mit mehr als 8 GB RAM, manchmal mehr RAM als ein Notebook. Für Kunden gilt: Je mehr, desto besser. Daher kann ich nicht beurteilen, ob 4 GB RAM genug oder zu wenig sind. Als jemand, der ein Telefon mit 8 GB RAM nutzt und gleichzeitig nicht einmal an seine Grenzen stößt, halte ich dies nur für eine Marketing-Taktik.

Auf der anderen Seite ist die Preisgestaltung wie gesagt ein Thema, das im Auge behalten werden muss. Es gibt Flagship-Modelle für rund 400 Euro. Wenn der 3-fach Zoom der einzige Grund ist, das Phone zu kaufen, müssen Sie Ihren Kaufabsicht überprüfen. Werden Sie Ihr Handy zum Fotografieren nutzen? Nur für Multimedia? Games? Es gibt Modelle für spezielle Anforderungen und Modelle für den allgemeinen Gebrauch. Für mich ist das One Zoom eher auf eine bestimmte Verwendung ausgerichtet, nämlich Fotografie. Nur dann denke ich, kann es seinen Preis rechtfertigen. Ansonsten gibt es Modelle mit mehr RAM- oder CPU-Leistung, aber weniger MPs in den Kameras.

Um es kurz zu machen, das Motorola One Zoom ist ein gutes Mittelklasse-Smartphone. Es ist ein bisschen teuer, kann dies aber mit seiner Kamera rechtfertigen. Wenn Sie nach einem Smartphone suchen, das saubere Software und gute Kameras mit einigen Zoomfunktionen bietet, dann ist es genau richtig für Sie. Ansonsten empfehle ich Ihnen, sich andere Alternativen anzusehen.
