Der AMD Ryzen 3 2200U ist ein Mobilprozessor für schlanke Notebooks. Der SoC beinhaltet zwei Zen Kerne (Dual-Core CPU, mit SMT daher 4 Threads gleichzeitig) die von 2,5 - 3,4 GHz getaktet werden. Der TDP ist konfigurierbar zwischen 12 und 25 Watt (15 Watt nominell) und daher eignet sich die APU auch für schlanke und leichte Notebooks. Der L3-Cache beträgt beim 2200U 4 MB. Weiters ist eine Radeon RX Vega 3 getaufte Grafikkarte mit 3 CUs (192 Shader mit maximal 1000 MHz) integriert. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt maximal Dual-Channel DDR4-2400.

Der AMD Athlon Silver 3050e ist ein Mobilprozessor mit dem Codenamen Dali für schlanke Notebooks. Der SoC beinhaltet 2 Zen Kerne (Dual-Core CPU, mit SMT / Hyperthreading = 4 Threads) die von 1,4 - 2,8 GHz getaktet werden. Der TDP ist spezifiziert mit 6 Watt. Dadurch eignet sich der SoC auch für die passiv gekühlte Laptops und Tablets. Der 3050e bietet 4 MB Level 3 Cache. Offiziell gehört er zur AMD 3000 Serie, jedoch basiert der SoC noch auf die Ryzen 2000 APUs (Zen 1) und wird in 14nm gefertigt.

Die integrierte Grafikkarte heisst schlicht "AMD Radeon Graphics", bietet 3 GPU Kerne (3 CUs) und wird mit maximal 1000 MHz getaktet. Sie entspricht technisch der AMD Radeon Vega 3.

Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt maximal DDR4-2400 (Dual Channel).

Die Performance des AMD 3050e sollte leicht oberhalb des AMD 3020e (geringere Einzelkerntaktung und kein SMT) liegen. Dadurch könnte er eine vergleichbare Performance wie ein Pentium N5000 bieten und sich am beisten für einfache Aufgaben und nur leichtes Multitasking eignen.
