Der AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D ist ein Desktop-Prozessor mit 8-Kernen und großem 96 MB L3 Cache (3D V- Cache). Im Vergleich zum 5800X sind die Zen 3 basierten Prozessorkerne mit 3,4 - 4,5 GHz etwas geringer getaktet (5800X bis 4,7 GHz), die zusätzlichen 64 MB L3 Cache können jedoch gerade bei Spielen einen deutlichen Unterschied ausmachen.

Der Stromverbrauch ist beim 5800X3D, wie auch beim 5800X mit 105 Watt (TDP) spezifiziert und im Vergleich zu aktuellen Intel Alder Lake Prozessoren, ist der relativ effizient.

Der AMD Ryzen 7 7735U ist ein Mobilprozessor für Notebooks basierend auf die Rembrandt Refresh Generation. Der SoC beinhaltet acht Zen 3+ Kerne (Octa-Core CPU) welche mit 2,7 GHz (garantierter Basistakt) bis zu 4,75 GHz getaktet werden (Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (16 Threads) unterstützen. Die CPU ist der Refresh des Ryzen 7 6800U mit 50 MHz höherem Boost-Takt und verringertem Basistakt.

Die Rembrandt Refresh APUs bieten weiterhin Support für USB4 mit 40 Gbps, PCI-E Gen 4 und DDR5-4800MT/s bzw LPDDR5-6400MT/s.

Die CPU Leistung sollte sehr vergleichbar mit dem alten Ryzen 7 6800U bei vergleichbaren TDP Setting sein.

Die integrierte Grafikkarte namens Radeon 680M basiert auf die RDNA 2 Architektur und bietet 12 CUs mit bis zu 2,2 GHz Takt bietet.

Der TDP ist mit 28 Watt spezifiziert und damit leicht höher als bei dem R7 6800U (15-25W).
