Modell: Das elegante, durchdachte Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro wiegt 181 g und misst 158,6 x 75,4 x 8,1 mm. Es wurde im Februar 2018 auf den Markt gebracht. Xiaomi wurde im Smartphone-Markt als König der indischen Smartphones bezeichnet und übertraf im vierten Quartal 2017 Chaebol. Das Phone kleidet sich mit einem Front-Glas und einem Aluminium-Gehäuse und ist in verschieden Farben, beispielsweise schwarz, champagne, gold, rose-gold und lake-blue erhältlich. Das Gerät bietet 64 GB internen Speicher. Dank MicroSD-Kartenslot im zweiten SIM-Slot kann die Speicherkapazität des Hybrid-Dual-SIM-Gerätes (Nano-SIM, Dual-Stand-by) um bis zu 256 GB erweitert werden. Sein kapazitiver IPS-LCD-Touchscreen bietet 16 Millionen Farben, eine Auflösung von 1.080 x 2.160 Pixeln und eine Seitenverhältnis von 18:9. Das Redmi Xiaomi Note 5 Pro unterstützt Multi-Touch und sein Bildschirm wird durch 2.5D-Corning-Gorilla-Glass vor Abnutzung geschützt. Das Android 7.1.2-Gerät (Nougat) nutzt eine 1.8 GHz Kryo 260 Octa-Core-CPU, welche die Gesamtleistung und die Energieeffizienz des Gerätes stark verbessert.
