Das Dell E7240 ist ein tolles Subnotebook, kann es im konservativ geprägten Business-Markt aber doch schwer haben. Das liegt in erster Linie an seiner stark spiegelnden Touch-Oberfläche, die mit Windows 8 zwar durchaus Sinn macht, aber alles andere als gern gesehen wird.

The Dell Latitude E7240 is an attractive business ultraportable, but underneath its good looks is a fairly average laptop. At £947 (£789 ex VAT), it's also very expensive and not nearly as good value as the similarly priced Core i5 version of the HP Elitebook 840 G1.

We also appreciate the vivid 1920 x 1080 touch display, excellent keyboard and robust security. Unfortunately, this laptop's 4-cell battery doesn't last nearly as long as competing Ultrabooks -- and there's currently no extended battery option.

Intel HD Graphics 4400: In den Haswell-Prozessoren (4. Generation Core) integrierte Grafikkarte in mittlerer Ausbaustufe (GT2). Je nach Prozessor unterschiedlich getaktet.

Einige nicht anspruchsvolle aktuelle Spiele können mit geringen Details noch flüssig gespielt werden. Für Office und Video natürlich ausreichende Leistungsreserven.
