AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D ► remove from comparison Der AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D ist ein High-End- Notebook-Prozessor der Fire Range Serie mit 16-Kernen und Hyperthreading (SMT), womit dieser in Summe bis zu 32 Threads gleichzeitig verarbeiten kann. Die CPU nutzt die neue Zen 5 Architektur für die 16 Kerne und taktet diese mit 2,5 bis 5,4 GHz (Einzelkern-Boost). Als Besonderheit besitzt der HX3D auf einem CCD einen zusätzlichen 64MB 3D V-Cache. Dadurch bietet die CPU 128 MB L3-Cache. Der Chip wurde auf der CES Anfang 2025 vorgestellt und ist für schnelle und teure Gaming-Notebooks gedacht.
AMD wirbt damit, dass der Ryzen 9 9955HX3D die schnellste mobile Gaming-CPU sein soll. Aus den Erfahrungen mit dem Vorgänger dem Ryzen 9 7945HX3D ist dies durchaus realistisch. Besonders der 3D V-Cache kann bei anspruchsvollen 3D-Games punkten. Aber auch die 16 schnellen Zen 5 Kerne sollten für alle möglichen Anwendungen genug Power bereitstellen.
