Der SoC integriert neben den acht Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 8 Grafikkarte mit 8 CUs und bis zu 1900 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 Speicherkontroller (DDR4-3200, LPDDR4-4266) und 8 MB Level 3 Cache.

Die neue Zen 3 Microarchitektur bringt im Desktop laut AMD eine um 19% höhere IPC (Instructions per Clock) Performance. In Anwendungs-Tests bei gleichem Takt waren es meist gegen 12%, bei Spielen noch deutlich mehr.
