Endlich hat nun auch Toshiba die begehrte Core 2 Duo CPU in einer Reihe von Modellen untergebracht.

Vorerst werden Modelle aus 3 Serien mit dem Core 2 Duo Prozessor ausgestattet:

- Toshiba Satellite P100: Leistungsstarkes 17" Multimedia Desktop   Replacement mit NVIDIA Geforce 7900 GS / bzw. 7600 Grafikkarte, Core 2 Duo T5600

- Toshiba Satellite A100: 15,4 Zoll Multimediagerät mit ATI X1600 / Geforce 7600, Core 2 Duo T5600/T5200

- Toshiba Satellite U200: 12" Subnotebook, T5500E Core 2 Duo CPU
