AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-50
Der AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-50 ist ein mit 1,6 GHz getakteter Dual-Core Prozessor für Notebooks. Er basiert auf den K8 Kern und bietet nur 256 KB Level 2 Cache pro Kern.
Die Performance ist im Schnitt vergleichbar mit einem etwas geringer getakteten Core Duo mit 512KB Level 2 Cache. Bei manchen Benchmarks (z.B. SuperPi) ist die Performance jedoch noch deutlich schlechter (siehe Benchmarks).
Der durchschnittliche Stromverbrauch ist jedoch deutlich höher als bei den Intel Core Duo CPUs, wodurch eine kürzere Akkulaufzeit erreicht wird.
