As expected, there’s a significant price gap between the two, but Lenovo tend to offer aggressive discounts from their list prices, so the situation might change as the products age. I’m looking forward to reviewing the 2022 Lenovo Legion 7i and Legion 7 lineups and sharing our findings with you, as well as figuring out how these fare against the competitors in the stratosphere of uncompromised performance laptops, such as the Asus ROG Scars, the Acer Predator Helios 500, the Alienware X15/X17 or the MSI GE66/GE76 Raider models.

AMD Radeon RX 6700M: Mobile Mittelklassegrafikkarte. Basiert auf die aktuelle Navi Architektur in 7nm und bietet 2304 Kerne (36 CUs) und bei 90 - 135 Watt TDP.
Diese Grafikkarten sollten alle modernen Spiele flüssig darstellen können. Anspruchsvolle Spiele müssen jedoch in mittlerer Detailstufe gespielt werden. Ältere und weniger anspruchsvolle Spiele wie die Sims Serie können auch in hohen Detailsstufen flüssig dargestellt werden.

Der Grund der Beliebtheit mittelgrosser Displays ist, dass diese Größe einigermaßen augenschonend ist, hohe Auflösungen oftmals erlaubt und damit Detailreichtum am Bildschirm bietet und dennoch nicht allzu viel Strom verbraucht und die Geräte noch halbwegs kompakt sein können - also schlicht der Standard-Kompromiss.

Lenovo:
Lenovo („Le“ vom englischen legend, novo (Latein) für neu) wurde 1984 als chinesische Computerhandelsfirma gegründet. Ab 2004 war die Firma der größte Laptop-Hersteller Chinas und nach der Übernahme der PC-Sparte von IBM im Jahr 2005 der viertgrößte weltweit. Neben Desktops und Notebooks stellt das Unternehmen Monitore, Beamer, Server etc her und hat sich auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vermarktung von Unterhaltungselektronik, Personalcomputern, Software, Unternehmenslösungen und damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen spezialisiert.
Im Jahr 2016 belegte das Unternehmen weltweit den ersten Platz bei den Computerverkäufen. Auch 2023 hatte es ihn noch inne bei ca 23% Weltmarktanteil. Wichtige Produktreihen sind Thinkpad, Legion und Ideapad.
