Intel Core i5-1350P vs Intel Core i5-11300H vs Intel Core i7-1360P

Der Intel Core i5-1350P ist eine Mittelklasse-CPU der Raptor Lake-P Serie (Alder Lake Refresh) welche im Jänner 2023 vorgestellt wurde. Die CPU bietet 4 der 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove Architektur) und alle 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 16 Threads) und takten von 1,9 GHz (Basistakt) bis 4,7 GHz (Einzelkern Boost). Die E-Kerne takten von 1,4 - 3,5 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ ). Der i5-1350P unterstützt das volle Set der vPro Management Features (Enterprise).
Performance
Durch die höheren Taktraten kann sich der i5-1350P vom alten i5-1250P leicht absetzen und sollte auf dem Niveau des i7-1260P sich einreihen (ebenfalls maximal 4.7 GHz und 12 Kerne).
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in Alder Lake eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 1350P sind 80 der 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,5 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Tiger Lake, hat auch Alder-Lake-P WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt nun DDR5-5200. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist nun in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt weiterhin nur PCIe 4.0 (x8 for GPU und zwei x4 für SSDs).
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i7-1350P ist mit 28 Watt TDP und 64 Watt (PL2) max. Turbo Power angegeben. Gefertigt wird der Prozessor im weiter verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm).
Intel Core i5-11300H ► remove from comparison
Der Intel Core i5-11300H ist ein Quad-Core-Mittelklasse-Prozessor für dünne Gaming-Notebooks und Workstations. Er basiert auf die Tiger-Lake-Architektur (H35) und wurde Anfangs 2021 präsentiert. Der Chip kann von 28 bis 35 Watt (TDP) konfiguriert werden und bietet einen Basistakt von 2,6 (28 W) bis 3,1 GHz (garantierter Minimumtakt unter Last). Ein und zwei Kerne können im kurzfristigen Boost 4,4 Ghz erreichen, alle vier Kerne gleichzeitig bis zu 4 GHz. Der L3-Cache wurde beim 11300H von 12 auf 8 MB verringert.
Damit entspricht der i5-11300H einem Core i5-1145G7 , der jedoch von 12 - 28 Watt TDP konfigurierbar ist und einen geringeren Basistakt von 1,1 - 2,6 GHz bietet. Der alte Core i5-10300H taktet zwar ähnlich hoch mit 2,5 - 4,5 GHz, nutzt aber noch die alten Skylake Kerne und ist dadurch langsamer.
Die integrierte Intel Xe Grafikkarte (Gen 12) bietet 80 der 96 Kerne und taktet mit 400 - 1300 MHz.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6/6e) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 im Chip teilintegriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Der i5-11300H wird im verbesserten 10nm Verfahren (10nm SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt. Dieser ist in etwas vergleichbar mit dem 7nm Prozess bei TSMC.
Intel Core i7-1360P ► remove from comparison
Der Intel Core i7-1360P ist eine High-End-CPU der Raptor-Lake-P-Serie (Alder-Lake Architektur) die wahrscheinlich im Januar 2023 vorgestellt wird. Die CPU bietet 4 der 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove Architektur) und alle 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 16 Threads) und takten von 2,2 bis 5 GHz.
