Intel Ultra 7 270K Plus

Der Core Ultra 7 270K Plus ist ein auf Arrow Lake basierender Desktop-Prozessor von Intel und setzt auf ein hybrides Design mit insgesamt 24 Kernen, aufgeteilt in 8 Performance- und 16 Effizienzkerne. Die Performance-Kerne erreichen hohe Boost-Taktraten (bis zu 5,5 GHz), während die Effizienzkerne für parallele Workloads und Hintergrundprozesse optimiert sind (bis zu 4,7 GHz).

Im Vergleich zu kleineren Modellen bietet der Core Ultra 7 270K Plus eine deutlich höhere Gesamtleistung und positioniert sich im oberen Desktop-Segment für Gaming und Content Creation.

Die Arrow-Lake-S-Architektur basiert auf einem Chiplet-Design. Der CPU-Teil wird bei TSMC im fortschrittlichen 3-nm-Prozess gefertigt, während weitere Komponenten wie GPU sowie SoC- und I/O-Tiles in unterschiedlichen Fertigungsstufen entstehen. Die Verbindung der einzelnen Bausteine erfolgt über Intels Foveros-3D-Packaging-Technologie.

Die Leistungsaufnahme ist auf ein hohes Performance-Level ausgelegt und erlaubt es dem Prozessor, auch unter Dauerlast eine konstant hohe Rechenleistung bereitzustellen. Genauer spezifiziert Intel die TDP mit 125 Watt (Langzeit) bis 250 Watt (Turbo).
