Der Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme X2E-94-100 ist die zweit-schnellste Variante der X2 Notebook-SoCs welche im September 2025 vorgestellt wurde. Der Chip integriert 18 ARM-komptible Oryon Kerne der 3. Generation unterteilt in zwei Cluster. Zwölf schnelle Prime Cores werden mit bis zu 4,7 GHz getaktet (bis zu Dual-Core, 4,4 GHz alle Kerne) und 6 Performance Cores mit bis zu 3,6 GHz. Gemeinsam kann der CPU-Teil auf 53 MB Cache (44 MB L2 und 9 MB L3-Cache) zurückgreifen.

Weiters integriert der SoC eine starke X2-90 GPU mit 1,85 GHz, eine NPU mit bis zu 80 TOPS (INT8), LPDDR5x-9523 Speicherkontroller mit 128 Bit und 152 GB/s Bandbreite und dem Spectra ISP für bis zu 36 MP Dual Kameras. Speichermedien können via NVMe, PCIe 5.0, UFS 4.0, SD Express und SD 3.0 angeschlossen werden. Weiters unterstützt der Chip 3x USB 4.0 Ports.

Die CPU Leistung ist nach ersten Benchmarks von Qualcomm hervorragend und kann sich mit den schnellsten mobilen CPUs wie Apple M4 Max, AMD Ryzen 9955HX3D oder Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX messen. Dies gilt jedoch nur für Benchmarks die es in einer nativen ARM-Version gibt. Ältere und nicht optimierte Software läuft deutlich langsamer.

Der SoC wird mit einer Mischung aus N3X und N3P (via Computerbase) bei TSMC (3nm) gefertigt. Der Elite Extreme kann angeblich mit bis zu 80 Watt PL1 (Package) bzw 65 Watt (CPU) betrieben werden.
