AMD Ryzen AI 9 365
Der AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 ist ein schneller Mobilprozessor der Strix Point Familie welcher im Juni 2024 vorgesteellt wurde. Die APU integriert 10 Prozessorkerne mit 2 - 5 GHz, eine 12 CU RDNA3+ Grafikkarte und eine starke 50 TOPS XDNA 2 Neural Engine (AI Beschleunigung).
Von den 10 Prozessorkernen sind vier Zen 5 Kerne und 6 kleinere Zen 5c Kerne mit weniger Cache.
Der Ryzen AI 9 Chip unterstützt LPDDR5x-7500 und DDR5-5600 RAM und ist kompatibel mit USB 4 (und damit Thunderbolt). Er unterstützt PCIe 4.0 mit einem Durchsatz von 1,9 GB/s pro Lane, genau wie seine Vorgänger der 8000er Serie. Die integrierte XDNA 2 NPU liefert bis zu 50 INT8 TOPS zur Beschleunigung verschiedener KI-Workloads.
Leistung
In Anbetracht der IPC-Verbesserung erwarten wir, dass 4 Zen-5-Kerne in Kombination mit 6 Zen-5c-Kernen mindestens so gut abschneiden wie 12 Zen-3-Kerne, was bedeutet, dass der AI 9 365 den Ryzen 9 5900X übertreffen sollte. Wir werden diesen Abschnitt auf jeden Fall aktualisieren, sobald wir ein Notebook mit dem Ryzen AI 9 365 in die Hände bekommen.
Stromverbrauch
Der 365 hat einen Basis-TDP von 28 W, wobei es den Laptop-Herstellern freisteht, ihn auf bis zu 54 W aufzustocken.
Der 4-nm-TSMC-Prozess, mit dem die CPU-Kerne gefertigt werden, sorgt für eine gute Energieeffizienz.
