AMD Ryzen 7 7745HX
Der AMD Ryzen 7 7745HX ist ein High-End- Notebook-Prozessor der Dragon Range Serie mit 8-Kernen und Hyperthreading (SMT), womit dieser in Summe bis zu 16 Threads gleichzeitig verarbeiten kann. Die CPU nutzt die neue Zen 4 Architektur für die 8 Kerne und taktet diese von 3,6 GHz (Basistakt) bis zu 5,1 GHz (Einzelkern-Boost). Die CPU bietet 8 MB L2-Cache und 32MB L3-Cache (gesamt also 40MB Cache). Der 7745HX besteht aus zwei Chiplets, einen CCD-Cluster mit 8 CPU-Kernen in 5nm (71mm²) und einen IO-Die in 6nm (122mm²) welche alle bei TSMC hergestellt werden. Der zweite CCD-Cluster der Dragon Range Chips ist entweder ein Dummy oder eine defekte CPU (oder deaktivierte).
Die Leistung des Ryzen 7 sollte leicht oberhalb des älteren Spitzenmodells Ryzen 9 6980HX (8 Zen 3 Kerne, 4,9 GHz) liegen.
Weiters integriert der Chip 4x USB 3.2 Gen2 (10 Gbps) ports (kein USB 4), 28 PCIe 5.0 Lanes (für GPUs und SSDs), einen Dual-Channel DDR5-5200 Speicherkontroller und eine kleine AMD Radeon 610M Grafikkarte (2CUs, 400 - 2200 MHz).
Der R7 7745HX ist mit 55 Watt TDP spezifiziert und kann von 45 bis 75 Watt konfiguriert werden (cTDP).
