Intel Ultra 5 250K Plus

Der Core Ultra 5 250K Plus ist ein auf der Arrow-Lake-Architektur basierender Desktop-Prozessor von Intel und verfügt über 18 Kerne, aufgeteilt in 6 Performance- und 12 Effizienzkerne. Die Performance-Kerne erreichen hohe Boost-Taktraten (bis zu 5,3 GHz), während die Effizienzkerne (maximal 4,6 GHz) für parallele Workloads und energieeffiziente Hintergrundaufgaben optimiert sind.

Im Vergleich zu größeren Modellen positioniert sich die CPU im gehobenen Mainstream-Segment und bietet ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis aus Leistung und Energiebedarf. Die Arrow-Lake-S-Prozessoren setzen auf ein Chiplet-Design: Der CPU-Teil wird bei TSMC im modernen 3-nm-Prozess gefertigt, während GPU sowie SoC- und I/O-Komponenten in weiteren Fertigungsstufen entstehen. Die Verbindung der einzelnen Bausteine erfolgt über Intels Foveros-3D-Packaging-Technologie.

Die Leistungsaufnahme des Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus gleicht der des Intel Core Ultra 5 245K und ist mit 125 Watt (Langzeit) bis 159 Watt (Turbo) spezifiziert.
